Not so good service on this visit. Stacy was maybe new? She was mostly MIA. Took a while for her to come take our drink order and then took forever to get our drinks. Someone else asked how we were and then proceeded to bring our drinks. She then took our main order. We weren't sure who to tip. Food was good. That's why we keep going back.

Cozy environment with friendly staff! We were seated right away to our table and I love how they had 1/2 price happy hour!. We ordered the boneless chicken bites with honey pepper sauce. It was decent and I'd say on the sweeter side. My partner ordered the chicken with shrimp and mashed potatoes, and he couldn't finish it because it was too salty and oily for his taste. The riblet plate I couldn't finish since the meat was a bit chewy and too saucy. The fries were ok tho The margaritas (strawberry and passion fruit) were too sweet and I kept diluting it with my water The brownie with ice cream was great! But nothing special to it Maybe it's because we're not accustomed to American food (from Vancouver), so I'd say take the food reviews with a grain of salt lol

We stopped for lunch and the offered the all you can eat chicken, shrimp or giblets. The food was ok. But when we went to reorder more, we sat for over 20 minutes along with the table next to us waiting for our food while servers were hanging out talking. I do not recommend this place.

Got there shortly after they opened so no wait to get a table. Ordered pretzels with cheese sauce. I thought it was supposed to have a mustard dip, too, but I guess not. The pretzels were good but way too salty. The wife and I each had a side Caesar and cup of soup. I had tomato basil, which was delicious, she had chicken tortilla soup. She said it was good but a little spicy for her taste. We washed it all down with cold beer. The service was pretty good. Did not wait long, at all, for the food. I would eat here again.

Food was okay, but the passive aggressive service from the waiter, and over all lack of attentiveness or care from staff made it unlikely we will return to this location. We were a large party and celebrating a child's birthday. He wanted a steak so we specifically chose this restaurant over our usual go-to (Red Robin) It was very disappointing, unfortunately.

Come hungry! Margaritas was enough to fill glass at least 3 times. We did the two for 25 dinners with the artichoke heart dip appetizer. We had take home boxes, it was so much food!

Average wait time for seating. Longer than desirable wait time to take our drink and food order. For iced tea, no sugar or substitute options were offered except a syrup of some sort. Which made the tea taste terrible. Our cups sat empty for awhile and it took 45 minutes in a half filled restaurant due to the recent social distancing plans in place to get our food. The waitress was rude that was servicing our table. The only time she was nice during our visit was when she delivered the check. She tried to hurry and make up for the time she did not spend servicing our table. Hands down the worst Applebee's experience I've ever had. I recommend retraining on service to all that wait on customers for these servers are the face of your company. On the upside, props to the cook. The food was well prepared, warm, and flavorful.

Friendly staff, pretty quick service. Ample parking. They are having a special right now for $1 shrimp add on with any steak! Only complaint I have is the crispy chicken salad had overcooked chicken that was hard. Everything was good. 👍
