Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Las Vegas - 2070 N Rainbow Blvd, USA

This location had a clean parking lot with plenty of parking available. We were seated within 5 mins of arrival. Our party had 6 people and we all received our food within 15 minutes. Which wasn't bad. It was busy. The cleanliness was pretty good too. The restaurant was clean along with the restrooms. Our server (Damien) was very accommodating and attentive. He made sure our drinks stayed full and boneless wings never ran out... not one time. I recommend the Mucho Bahamas Mama for the drinker lol

Applebees is usually what you would expect from a chain restaurant... just ok and enough to keep you coming back occasionally. Today however was a step above. The server we had was pleasant... friendly & attentive. The food was better than normal. We asked for crispy fries and actually got crispy fries... it was great. The passion fruit lemonade was absolutely phenomenal! I definitely suggest trying that if you are there. This experience today was better than we expected... better than the Applebees norm... We'd definitely give this location another shot... Keep up the good work all around & I'm sure you'll always be busy! Not all Applebees are the same so it would seem! We'll be back! Delicious 😋

Enjoyed a delicious Asian salad today. Bartender Jayme is fantastic. Only suggestion would be, managers step in to help more, esp as she gets really busy alone. (Friday happy hour. Time to make $$ right?) Also - add mandarin oranges to Asian salad. Lol. Thank you. 🙂

Located a short drive from the main Vegas strip so it was nice and quiet at lunch time. The service was great and staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 items: Chicken Tender Platter and the Three Cheese Chicken Penne. Chicken tenders were fresh and tasty so we would recommend them, however the chicken & penne were bland and lacking sauce. Considering how inflated prices generally are in Vegas, this was inexpensive and pleasant overall. Would recommend.

Me and my family sat down at the bar and Charlie was our server and bartender.It was very busy and he was by himself and he was very positive he kept a smile on his face. I know that was alot for him.He needed help but he never showed any irritation or even had a bad attitude.He was very nice,patient and funny thank you Charlie for making our experience a good one.Keep up the good work.

Came in to have dinner for my birthday with myself and my two small kids. Was told there was a 20 minute wait. The restaurant was not busy but the hostess said that because they sat a party of 12 and a party of 8 they couldn’t put too many people in sections because the servers would get overwhelmed. So smaller parties were having to wait for these bigger parties to disperse or receive at least of their parties orders it sounded like. The hostess had a nasty demeanor and you could tell that she was just giving out answers. I walked out and so did the smaller family behind me. If your servers can’t handle 20 people then hire more servers so that everyone can be seated in a timely manner.

my drink was not served in the "Brewtus"glass, as was displayed. the napkins even! i was disappointed to not experience the glass, it was the reason i decided on the adios. the food was excellent, service was great as well; i feel as tho she maybe had too many tables. i would def recommend! p.s. the charleston and decatur location is now closed 🥺

Would have been a one star review, however the manager saved the service experience, but the day before speaking to the manager was horrible. Story: 7 minutes went by before drinks, 30 minutes for the meal, salad and appetizer was not served until after our meal we asked for the appetizers to be boxed, waitress told us 30 minutes into service the chicken was hard, 30 minutes and the chicken appetizer was still hard, no straws for drinks, and wasn't checked on the entire meal, I talked with the hostess she told me carelessly sorry about that as if she didn't care about the service and walked away. For the good part the manager fixed the situation the following day and said what we were looking for an apology for the service and a chance to make it right, she did which is why we will attempt to dine here again, because for the most experiences we never had a problem, until that day.
