Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Williamstown - 1830 S Black Horse Pike, USA

Had a really nice time weren't busy @ all dinner~ We had a really nice server Efficient but not overwhelming. We had 2 apps. Garlic parm. Boneless wings* Artichoke & spinach dip w/Chipotle lime salsa was very good, also my bf got a Mushroom Swiss burger was very good & a beer 🍺 I had the Whiskey bacon burger & a Mango Mai tai good but weak lol.. $$ everything was hot came out separate.. clean nice place 🍹🍺😋

The restaurant is well located, very good food, excellent service, the staff are extremely friendly, extremely clean environment, lots of food options on the menu, great drinks, very good to go with family and friends, affordable prices, Applebees is a chain A very traditional restaurant in the US and I always go there with my friends and family. it has parking, wheelchair access, clean restrooms. I recommend 10/10.

We were having a rough night and needed a quick bite. Deanna was super sweet and made our night better. She even pulled a few smiles out of me. Moreover the food came out quickly and piping hot. We surely will be back simply because of her.

There were 4 of us that went for dinner. After waiting almost 25 minutes we were finally seated. It took another 20 minutes to get our drinks once placed. We received our dinner plates and waited another 15 minutes for silverware after we asked several times for it. I complained to the manager about our experience and she offered free desserts. Once I checked our free dessert I noticed they cut the brownie in half. They had 4 people at the podium that did not have a clue about where to seat people. We also noticed that there was at least 15 open tables so why make people wait. We won't be eating at that particular restaurant again

I order a pick-up. And the food was horrible. Steak was way under cook same as the burger. Mac&Cheese was very horrible and nasty. The best thing I got was the celery that came with the boneless wing. I will definitely not go back here again. It was a waste of money and I wish I could give it 0 stars

Horrible service.. Halfway done my food and I still don't have a drink .. Just WOW and watching the waitress talk to the customer next to me for a good 20 mins. Their not busy here this is ridiculous.

We usually do curbside pickup but decided to dine in this evening for dinner for the first time in quite a while. We were greeted and seated by a nice young man. The atmosphere was great. Good music not too loud, nice lighting, and very clean. We ordered appetizers, dinner and dessert. Everything was delicious! Our waitress Abby was super welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs. Looking forward to dining in again soon.

0 stars if I could. we use to come to this one here and there but they went down hill. we place online order at 630 ish-says it’ll be ready at 730. we get there, food isn’t done yet, so we wait …. and wait… and wait some more… its now been an hour or so and still nothing. we call the store and ask for the manager and they say they are waiting on one last thing to be made… took a few more minutes, we get offered a discount also. food comes out all cold and the only thing slightly warm is the appetizer. so we call back , make them take all the food back because at this point we are done with it all. not for nothing you would think they would be packed on thanksgiving eve but there was barely anyone inside, so what could have taken over an hour for 4 things and two drinks? we’re very understanding people but next time just say hey we screwed up and this is what we are waiting on , do you want it anymore? I would’ve told you no it’s fine take it off and we’ll take the rest. this isn’t the first time we had bad service at this location, but we won’t be back again.
