Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Kettering - 1795 Delco Park Dr, USA

Ordered an “8oz” steak medium rare. The steak I ordered was woefully undercooked being cold to the touch inside and certainly wasn’t an 8oz cut. I’ll eat rare if prepared correctly but I couldn’t eat this without throwing back on a skillet. What was advertised is certainly not what you get, that’s for sure. Store employees that I interacted with when I picked up my food were nice and prompt and the restaurant felt clean.

My husband and I came in tonight and had Malcolm as our server. He was absolutely amazing! He made us feel like we were at a swanky, 5 star, fine dining establishment. Can not recommend him enough! Would give 6 service stars if I could!

Went here with my fiancé and her family to celebrate her parent's anniversary. Staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the margaritas really hit the spot. Would definitely eat here again.

The drinks her watermelon waves was delicious and I had the perfect margarita with patron silver which was very smooth and it comes with a shaker so you can pour it into a margarita style glass with a lot of salt on the rim and we had spinach and artichoke appetizer which was delicious with cheese melted over top and the chips were amazing as was the salsa and then we had the Bourbon Street steak which was cooked to medium even though we ordered medium rare but was still delicious and our server was amazing

Arrived here around 7 had to wait like 10-15 minutes for are table. After a few minutes are server Shane came to our table to get our drink and food order. He stopped by our table to let us know our food would be out soon and did a super job on checking on us during our visit. The food was excellent

What an absolute joke. Took my son here for his birthday although our last trip to this location we waited 20 min and no one came to our table so we got up and left, but it was his birthday and this is what he chose. Waited about 20 minutes for the server to get our drink order and it was almost an hr after we got there before they put our food order in. When the food arrived to our table the kids were not served first so they were upset about that. Food was half right. Everything was all mixed up. Ordered drinks from the bar all were terrible. The bartender had a bad attitude because we sent our drinks back, she then proceeded to stare at us uncomfortably throughout the rest of our dinner. Manager was a disgusting mess. Tried talking to him more then once and he just walked off like we weren't speaking to him at all. Just a bad experience and I'll never return.

Over $60 for two people. Booth seats were sunken in and hard, super uncomfortable, my legs were going numb. Restaurant was not busy yet food took a while, but service was good even if a bit slow. Drinks were good but not as strong as other restaurants, but we didn’t get any of their deals.

To start, the food was amazing! Me and my boyfriend went here because he hadn’t had their food before. Not only was it a great place, cozy, friendly, and amazing service. But Malcolm, not sure if he’s an owner, or just the person who waited on us that day, but he was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and heartfelt. We wanted to leave a bigger tip but didn’t have much else to spend.. he elevated our standards for customer service for sure! If you ever visit this location, ask for Malcolm’s section! He will take care of you!
