Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Swedesboro - 1639 Center Square Rd, USA

Updated Review 11/23: This was a much better experience than last time. My soup was good and the service was fast. My only complaint this time was that the burger was overcooked and didn’t taste very good. It is a bit of a challenge getting into the restaurant. I need my walker when I go in restaurants and the handicap spots are not close to the door. When you do get in there the bathrooms are accommodating for my walker. The service was very slow but the server was pretty good. The food was ok. The soup was bland and the mozzarella sticks were not very hot. The burger and fries were pretty good. The music in the restaurant was super loud and annoying.

Had a horrible experience with curbside pick up. I ordered a well done ribeye steak and I received a rare steak with 75% fat, I am not even joking. The manager was kind about the whole ordeal and mailed me a $25 gift certificate.

It's Applebee's. You don't go there expecting fine dining. You go there expecting decent bar food at a reasonable price, and that is what I have gotten at the Logan Twp. NJ location. I don't recommend the steaks. They are USDA Choice Grade, which is the lowest USDA Grade, and to me, they are tough. I haven't even tried the pasta entrées, well, because it's Applebee's not my grandma's house. I do recommend the wings, burgers, appetizers, and they have a decent French Onion soup. The service has always been 5 stars. The waitstaff are friendly and accurate. If you sit at the bar, the bartenders are attentive, and they interact with the customers, which I've seen people laughing and having a good time on many occasions. The exterior and interior are clean and welcoming.

I love applebee's. But their burgers gotta go. Enjoyed the burger this time.

None of anything matters. Just one thing and one thing only, the bathroom. Off the bat I have to give it a 5/10, no blow dryer, no foot puller on the door, and nothing was automatic. It was extremely clean though. The trash can was near the door to open the door with you paper towel in the bin. Only one urinal combatting the good things. Thank our bathroom reviews with Chase.

Victor, our server, was excellent. He stopped by many times to check on us and get my son more wings to eat. They have the best barbecue sauce around.

A really nice Applebees’s that is conveniently located near 295. They have plenty of seating on the inside and the bar is located in the middle like almost all other locations. The food has been good time and time again and the staff has always been friendly. I would recommend any of the hamburgers! So good.

Tonight we ordered appetizers rather than entrees. This was soooo bad (for our health) but soooo good. Everything tasted great. Let's start with the hot boneless wings...they are so good with blue cheese. These are my new benchmark for wings. Next the bavarian pretzel sticks reminded me of my time in Bavaria. And the beer cheese just made these taste amazing! Let's talk nachos.... OMG these were the best with queso and beef, jalapenos, onions, sourcream and tomatoes. My wife liked her salad and our son loved the mac n cheese. Our waiter was helpful and made sure things were good. This Applebees location is U Do It approved.
