Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Brooksville - 20090 Cortez Blvd, USA

This was my first visit to this Applebee’s location. Sierra was a fantastic server. She was very attentive, courteous, and got out order correct. She frequently checked on us so our drinks were never empty. The host sat us quickly and the food came quickly even though it was a packed house. We got the 2 for $38 with spinach artichoke dip and chips and bourbon chicken and shrimp. It was delicious. The food was served hot and came quickly. My only complaint was that my broccoli was very raw and my Cesar salad had way too much dressing.

Great food and service for a decent price. We had a really nice dinner. I had the all you can eat and got to try the chicken shrimp and ribs they were good. My husband loves their steak w shrimp on top. We will be back. Our server was very nice and friendly too.

I ordered online through Doordash. Delivery was fast however the steak was folded in half when cooked and that has left the entire inside of the steak uncooked and cold to the touch. I couldn't eat it and it was a $42 meal.

I had a fantastic meal. The atmosphere was nice and our server, Sarah H, was Johnny on the spot keeping our drinks filled and checking on us. She was so friendly with a great personality. She even helped my elderly mother get out of her seat.

EDIT: The compact reached out and apologized. Said that wasn't typical of them. Even gave me a gift card which was nice. Changed the review to 3 stars and will give them another chance. Stand up thing to do from them. ...... Stopped by here on the way home and the food was awful. Mac n cheese had hardly any sauce. Pieces of garlic were mixed in which shouldn't be there. Chicken tenders were good but created a ton of sauce at the bottom of the box. The Mac n cheese tasted dry yet smothered in the chicken sauce. Only ate the chicken and breadstick and threw the rest out. What a waste

Stopped in for a late dinner, had a great meal and great conversation with other guests and staff. The food was fresh, hot and very flavorful. The mushroom Swiss burger and fries couldn't have been better. Our table also had the ribs and steak and shrimp. The ribs were very tender, the sauce was just right and the portion was huge. The steak was tender and cooked as ordered, the shrimp was fresh and delicious. Don't usually frequent chain restaurants but this location is definitely worth a return trip.

Our server Sierra was wonderful. Friendly and very efficient. She gave us great suggestions on what to order, she was kind, sweet and thoughtful. She made us feel very good. We left happy and satisfied with the food and specially the way Sierra treated us.

When me and my family met our server, sierra, she welcomed us to our seats and knew some Spanish for my mom and dad to tell their orders easily. The food was good, the atmosphere was nice, and the restaurant was neat and clean.
