Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Plymouth - 3500 Vicksburg Ln N #100, USA

At first we had good service, food was good. We went for the all you can eat wings ribs and shrimp for $14.99. We didn't end up getting the shrimp, and only got a couple plates of wings. I asked for one more of my favorite kind of wings, they brought out not even half of a regular serving with barley any sauce and no fries. Not good service for 'all you can eat' it's like they try to limit it but label it as all you can eat. Very disappointing after I gave a good review on the tablet and also a great tip before the last encounter and plate came out.

So I had a phase when I was in high school where I would come here multiple times a week, and now as a sophomore in college, I am realizing that I never left them a review! My experience here was very positive. During the time I came here regularly, I got to know all of the waiters very very well! Along with that, I had my go-to order and it was delicious and cheap. The drinks were also very good. I could glaze this place so hard because I feel like a part of me still lives there. I think by now, most of the waiters I got to know don't still work there, so not everyone will get the amazing experience that I got, but I am sure they will be happy after a good ole trip to the Bee's.

Ordered the 6 ounce steak dinner. It was perfectly cooked and tasty. The sides were flavorful, and the broccoli was not overcooked. I was pleasantly surprised! The service was friendly, prompt to make it an enjoyable dining experience.

I was in the area and called an order for takeout for my pregnant niece while I was at the bank. The guy on the phone Jon who I later found out he was a manger when he verbally insulted me -after i mentioned order was missing a sauce he presumed I was having a bad day and I should be nicer on the phone when I had to get off the phone as the banker was waiting for me. he was asking everything under the sun that nobody else asked when I was there before and I was just tying to do something nice for my niece getting her favorite fries and hot sauce - I was tempted to just return the entire order. I will never go back there since that is how customers get treated- sorry I was in a rush I didn’t deserve the back talk I just wanted to make sure she had enough sauce for her snack.. I was in a great mood before this incident… I never write reviews on here but unhappy enough with this experience. I only went to this location of all the others, now I don’t want to go back. Not for a while anyway

went there for my friends bday and got classic buffalo wings with ranch. love that it was half off appetizers, we all love a good deal. however, the wings themselves were pretty mid. the sauce was too salty and the ranch was also too salty. my server was really nice tho - she gave us more water and gave me a new ranch tin when i ran out.

Horrible experience at this Applebee's. First, our waitress got our order wrong twice, then im drink came out and tasted like dog water, and it was just a peach tea, so I sent it back. Then, on top of all of that, we got charged an extra drink, the drink I sent back, and no discount for our order being wrong at all. I will never go to this place again.

Waitress,I think she forgot to put our order in..we waited forever for food. She never came by to tell when it would arrive to our table and when it did everyone's food was Luke warm..they redid my husband's shrimp and fries to our table .she was even slow at bringing the check..won't be back for awhile

I ordered food for carside pickup. It was quick, and the girl was friendly. When I got home, a ten minute trip, I found that the food was cold. My food tasted fine, but the ice cream was melted before I even picked up. I had fish and broccoli, mashed potatoes. My friend had steak and broccoli, but could not get mashed potatoes due to allergy to garlic. Why not baked potato alternative?? She did not want fries and should not have to have with a steak. There was not dinner roll or bread stick included, which bothered me. 17 bucks a meal and a breadstick couldn't be thrown in?? Her steak was tough, and cold. She called and talked to Dominic, who offered an apology and nothing else. Thanks a bunch. She said she won't be back.
