Our service on our most recent stop was great! It has been hit or miss on previous stops. Same thing with the food. Our last visit we had the special 6oz sirloin, mashed potatoes and broccoli and it was quite good. A great value as the Wednesday special at $10.99.
My Mom got the blond brownie dessert and it was delicious. A previous trip they had forgotten the caramel sauce but this time it was perfect.
EDIT: up to five stars! They reached out to me and apologized which was very nice of them and expresses an excellent amount of customer service. Most places would have ignored the review but it is very clear to me that they value their customers

I really was having a bad day. I went into this restaurant for lunch. As to I was an hour away from home. I was seated by a nice gentleman, and the waitress came to take my order. She was so kind, helpful, and full of energy the joy she was giving off that day with her voice and demener just made my day bright. We need more people in the work place like this. Phenomenal customer service!! Hannah, the bar manager went above and beyond.
Ordered two steak dinners for curbside pickup this week and got home to find our steaks were extremely overcooked, when we asked for medium rare. I gave my feedback in the survey a couple days back to let them know. When I checked my email today, I saw that Hannah reached out to make it right. I gave her a call and was met with kindness. She resolved the issue quickly and was so pleasant. It’s people like Hannah that keep a business running. Customer service is everything! Based on that alone, I’d go back here again.
Came in for happy hour (3-6pm), my bestie & I had a Bacardi bucket, Bahama Mama, & some pub pretzels & beer cheese. All very good, served fast, & very well. Kenzie was a wonderful bartender! We will be back soon!
We ate at a high-top table in the bar area. Our table backed up to regular seating. The ladies seated behind us and the screaming child across from them were EXTREMELY LOUD! Interfering with our conversation and the enjoyment of our delicious meals.
A recommended solution is to put up dividers to baffle the sound.
This is by no means the fault of the staff. It’s purely a design flaw.
They used to make a delicious mucho mudslide. It was chocolate ice cream, kalua and Bailey's, and they made a cross cross pattern on the inside of the frosted glass with Hershey's syrup before filling it.
Now it's vanilla ice cream, no syrup, and you barely taste the alcohol. I used to go on my Birthday looking forward to this. My drink was ruined AND they ran out of baby back ribs. Double whammy. So sad.
