Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in Bellevue - 10402 S 15th St, USA

This Applebees felt really clean when we arrived. It was a Thursday afternoon 330pm and they had only staffed one person. She was great but it made us feel bad because we were a party of 8 and she had 3 other tables. Help arrived later on in the evening but staff was still overwhelmed. My Caesar salad was good, however my coworkers chicken tenders were cold.

Food was good service was great ! But asked for more if secluded area they had done sections closed we couldn’t even sit in bar area it was closed off , was set by a large table of teenagers who cussed and was very loud our whole meal time we ate quickly and left , disappointed, and also that half price apps is only after 9 pm

Good place to eat for families. Service was great! It was a little cold there during our visit. Food was decent. My wife's fries were a little stale but we were afraid to complain too much.

Okay, I have to say that this was my best dining experience in a long time because we had the BEST WAITRESS- Somebody needs to give ZAKARI G. a raise because she's phenomenal! Met up with a old time friend (we've know each other for 22+ years) to eat dinner and catch up and we were literally at the restaurant talking for like 4 hours. Zakari was attentive and so sweet the whole time- she had great food recommendations (the molten lava cake for dessert that she thought we would like was delicious 😋). I cannot say enough good about her and the food- thank you for making our night so memorable and we will 100% aak for your section next time we come.

Curbside pickup is only useful if employees don't drop the ball. Technology did it's job, just need someone to bring food out instead of making me wait ten minutes. Who knows how long it would have been if I hadn't called. Food was good, other than being cold due to problem #1.

We were there on a Monday night at the bar. Crystal was our bartender, and I can't say enough about how fun and also watchful she was. She's really sharp eyed and while I didn't need any particular help dealing with my date that night, she may very well save someone's life. I will return for that alone, I feel very safe enjoying a drink or two with Crystal at the bar. She made the entire experience.

Visited in October and chose curbside delivery. Food was handed to me in a container UPSIDE DOWN by a person who was very unprofessional in appearance and attitude. I left feedback on their app and was contacted Jeff Graham, their Director of Operations. He advised the GM of the location would be in contact. It is now 2024 and the situation is still unresolved. There are plenty of places to eat in the same area in that price point. If this is how you choose to treat your customers, then I bid you good luck. I will not be back.
