Applebee's Grill + Bar - Restaurant in El Paso - 1985 George Dieter Dr, USA

We got here at around 8 and although the parking lot seemed really full there were plenty of seats inside. Inside looked relatively clean and the waitress was super nice. I personally have never like the main courses, I have felt like the quality of food has gone down while the price has gone up, so it is no longer worth coming here to eat a main meal. So I had ordered three appetizers which was enough to feed two people. The appetizers were good and I overall had a good meal

Everything was excellent!! I was very hungry and I ordered a Cheese Burguer and it was delicious. Magnificent service and atmosphere. I definitely will come back again!

Went on Saturday 4/8/23 around 5 pm for dinner. Seated promptly in a booth. Server Liliana was friendly and prompted with taking the drink order. My boyfriend and I couldn't decide what to order at first and felt kinda rushed in regards to placing our order. Drinks - $6 Modelo Brutus $6 - Tipsy shark margarita $6 - Strawberry margarita Appetizer - nachos (ground beef) Entree - 4 cheese mac and cheese with chicken strips Bourbon chicken and shrimp Appetizer - Nachos were very salty Entree - 4 cheese mac and cheese pasta was very watery. Chicken strips were pretty hard Bourbon chicken and shrimp - chicken didn't seem to be cooked all the way. Wasn't that great. My boyfriend ended up throwing up when we got home. Drinks were very weak. Both of them. I started with the strawberry Rita (see my pic), and it was not completely "frozen" I couldn't taste any alcohol in either drink. I ended up ordering tipsy shark, and it was like I was just drinking blue curasco, again no alcohol. Paying $65 for 2 people was not worth it, I doubt I will return. Service was great, and that's the only reason for 3 stars. I am very disappointed in this visit.. Chilis is way better and has way better food.

If I could rate lower I would. 2 of my food orders were made wrong. When I pointed it out to the server in a calm respectful way he got an attitude.i didn't ask for the meals to be corrected we just decided to eat as is. When I asked for extra Alfredo sauce, I was told there would be a charge even though the pasta was dry and chicken cold. Definitely not what it used to be.

We were a party of eight and got seated within 10 minutes. For a Friday night, that was pretty fast. Great service! We ordered wings as appetizers, and they were brought out within five minutes. Crazy fast!!! Everyone was working as a team to give great customer service. The blonde is still a good choice for dessert.

We had the blessing of having Jesse Ortega as our server & he was awesome! He was kind & accommodating to our date night! We don’t go out often but when we do having a cheerful & delightful person like Jessie it makes date night more fun! He’s professional & courteous!

Used to love coming here as a kid. For the past year every time I have come here, the service has been HORRIBLE. I waited 20 minutes for a drink refill and when the food finally came out, my wings were the wrong flavor and my wife’s shrimp was cold. If you order unlimited wings, get ready to wait for at least 20-25 minutes for a refill. Staff would rather be on their phones behind the bar or flirting with one another than serve. Perhaps owner doesn’t care anymore about quality or maybe should search for new management.

I've been coming here for years and it's been such a great experience every time. Emilio is such a great manager always socializing with tables making sure everything is going smooth! Whenever I come by I always ask for Jesse, or Yessenia. They're awesome always making sure to have everything correct and they also socialize with me making it a lot better experience every time. My only complaint is that they got rid of gratuity for their servers. I come in everyday and I see servers struggling and stressing for parties all day and most don't tip at all. The other problem is that I can't get managers to put the sound on football games other than Emilio. Take care of your employees and I'd be happier other than that I love this Applebees and the servers. My favorite are Yessenia and Jesse.
