I want to refresh my review. We returned to find our home away from home still clean and inviting. I felt it necessary to update because I saw an unflattering review posted since we were there last and was surprised. I don't know why anyone would speak badly of the owner, staff or accommodations. It's obvious that costly remodeling has been done and it's quiet and clean. We have had nothing but good experiences and while it's easy to critique from the safety of anonymity, I choose to strongly recommend. Rooms newly updated, spacious and clean. Manager is very kind and accommodating. Will stay here whenever business brings us to the area.

Yikes! Strongly recommend staying away. I had a reservation here, but immediately upon checking in we felt very uncomfortable. The place is strewn with garbage and in very poor repair overall. My room reeked of cigarette smoke, thanks to the very sketchy guy chain smoking in his van right outside my AC unit. Definitely wouldn't have been able to sleep comfortably or leave anything of value outside of my eyesight. Checked out after considering the situation for about 20 minutes and found a far, far nicer place closer to downtown Saginaw for only about $5 per night more. Very glad I didn't stay here!

I love this place. I stay here very often. The rooms are newly renovated and look very nice. Friendly staff. Highly recommended! The new management is amazing and care about guests as much as they can.

A bit outdated but clean. My husband was messing with the heat to turn it on (our room was kind of chilly no matter what we did tho) and pulled the filter out and I was impressed with how clean they were! The man at the front desk is very kind, friendly and helpful and seemed to impressively be doing everything himself! And the location was perfect for the event we were it town for. Worth the price.

I stayed there last night for the first time. The room was super clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The manager Fehim was great. I use a walker and he met me at my room and carried in my bags. That meant a lot to me.

Room was clean and free of bugs. Location is great for all conveniences. There was a water leakage issue with some of the units but the issue was immediately addressed and fixed as time allowed. The best part of the hotel is Fehim. He is curtious , kind, and always available.

After a terrible experience a few years back I said I'd never stay here again. However, after reading the new reviews a few months ago I decided to to it another try. My husband, our 6 old daughter and I stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms. I was beyond happy with the newly renovated room! Fehim has changed so much! Everything is always clean, smells good and just feels comfortable now. Thank you Fehim for all that you've done and continue to do to improve your customers experiences! See you next time!

I stayed 2 nights at this gem of a place. Fehim was very welcoming and accomodating and took care of everything I needed for a great stay. Very nice room, nice flooring, perfect for guests with pets. Fehim's new vision and drive for this place is exciting and wonderful to see; looking forward to returning!
