Apple Southcenter - Electronics store in Tukwila - 801 Southcenter Mall, USA

Went to Apple Southcenter to get my main iPhone 13 Pro screen being fixed (thanks to my WIFI only iPhone 13 Pro Max, I was able to communicate with them to get my phone back). My iPhone 13 Pro previous screen replacement was a defect and it came to a point that it was bothering me oh very much lol! Came in and got it replaced! Outstanding job!!! Looks like a brand new phone!!! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it 😍! ***Excuse the dust on the video LOL***

Went into the Apple Store today because my Apple Watch Ultra wouldn't charge up for the last two weeks. My watch was showing a image of the watch charger with a red lightning bolt on it every time I tried to charge it. Waited an hour in the store (with 2 of my kiddos) to have a tech say it couldn't be fixed and I would need to buy a whole new watch 🤦🏻‍♀️. Came home did more research to find a form on Reddit of other people having the same issue. Someone posted that their watch was so dead they took their Mac Book charging block to charge their watch. Guess what... That worked!!!! I almost threw away my watch when it wasn't even broken 😡

I met an impressive technical support person (Vincent) at this store today. While technically, he was very good, most importantly, one can tell he has innate talents when working with people. Apple would do well by giving him more responsibility and mentoring him to take on more challenges. He represents Apple well, but his skills could be used at other corporations to make them shine, so you should nourish him before someone else does.

I hate leaving negative feedback at any business but when you have to wait 30 minutes to get help after you checked in? Its ridiculous. The Store had about 10+ staff on 2 of which are ONLY CHECK IN “hosts” the rest seamed disorganized, no manager taking charge IMO. I love the Apple brand and their products but if this is the customer service they give at all their stores 😬, I will stick to ordering online.

This review is specifically for the tech who did not try to reset my iPhone when I came in for a constant rebooting issue (wouldn't get past the apple screen). This was the only Apple product I had at home and I had gone too long without backing it up. She said to take it to a data recovery center because trying a repair could make my data inaccessible, and she was right- it was a physical CPU issue that would not have been solved without disassembling my phone. It was the first time the data recovery place had been able to work on an iPhone with my issue because Apple stores typically try to reset. I don't remember her name but thanks for not destroying my phone.

Fantastic experience. I had ordered online to pick up during my travels and the product was delivered to the store earlier than expected and I would not have been in the area in time before the pick up deadline. I called Apple support and they extended the pick up date with no fuss and I was able to pick it up at the store in minutes. Thank you for your help!

This Apple Store is easier to get to than the one at U-Village. It’s right off both I-5 and 405 and has more parking. It can get busy too though.
