I explained the problem that I’m having with my phone to a young male and it had to be at least five times because he did Not understand. So they sent it all for four days to get repaired and it still has the same problem. The quality of the genius bar has went to zero.

I seldom complain, but today I must complain. On Wednesday, when I went to the Apple store, I went in first and wanted to use the restroom. I politely asked for the restroom first, but the receptionist said it was not a public restroom and asked if I had bought a phone. My phone had a problem and was locked by Apple, so I needed the help of an evaluation staff to unlock it. Then a white man came in and asked if he could use the restroom. The receptionist politely said, "Yes, in the back." I am Asian, and I am also a waiter. You cannot discriminate. The service is really bad. In the end, I also bought an iPhone 15. I hope everyone sees this message and complains to the general manager of Apple. You cannot treat customers like this. I am really sad. I spent $900 to buy an iPhone. Because of the bad service attitude, I hope the staff there can be trained well.

I purchased the $800 Ultra 2 watch from Apple Renaissance store in Ridgeland Mississippi on Thursday, 5th September, brought it home to discover the charger is bad. Brought it back to the Apple Store the next day and after spending an hour, waiting to be helped, I was told they don’t have a charger in stock. However, there was a charger on the shelf. When I found it, I was told they couldn’t give me that one and have to order a charger and call me when it comes in. She also said you can buy that one, if you want. So, I’ll have to come back and wait another hour to pick it up. The girl waiting on me was rude and shouldn’t be working at Apple. Not sure what happened to Apple. People there were very friendly and helpful in the past. I’ve always thought Apple products were expensive but also thought you get what you pay for and Apple has some fine products. It’s the people that make a company. Of course the products have much to do with success, but people can ruin a company quicker than products can be produced. The entire experience could have been much different if the employee showed a little interest in my needs and acted like she enjoyed her job helping customers. However, she acted like she would rather be somewhere else, and maybe she should!

Was greeted and helped promptly upon entering store. I did demo for Apple Vision Pro while my new phone was being setup. Made buying a new phone a seamless experience. Kudos to the staff

I’ve been to this store many times and the employees are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Yesterday several people assisted me including a manager. It’s good to have great service. My iPhone 13 that I purchased in July had been stolen while in women designer shoes Dillards, North Park. While in Apple store the location of that phone pinged! At the time the store manager was helping me and stated, “There is your phone, if it stays there for about 30 minutes it’s possibly a residence.” Turned out the address was a resident and my phone was there until a Hinds County Deputy retrieved the next day. They returned it to Ridgeland Police Department and Officer Shields called me etc. My point, the iPhone technology is great and I certainly appreciate Find My Phone. I was able to put phone in lost mode which meant the thief could not do anything with it. Not even take to a kiosk. I highly recommended this store. But in the case of those who live here we only have this one option so must go if want to purchase phone outright or any technical issues. 😊

When I know I have no other choice to go to this store it makes me cringe. I waited for a good while before I was greeted. She was standing right in my face and didn’t greet or help me. I had to move on to someone else. They sorry ____ couldn’t help me so I left. I wish APPLE HAD ANOTHER WAY TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS

Your procedures are not standardized and your customers get a different experience every time. 1 example: Your iOS stopped backing up alarms data with no warning. Your trained associates could not help me.. they offered no alternative solutions. There was an air of laziness uncharacteristic of Apple elsewhere in the country. Unacceptable. Saddening.

Store rep, Keith assisted an 85 year old lady today and engage store security in helping her to locate her phone. She wanted to communicate that she truly appreciated his care in helping her out of a crisis.
