Great B&B choice when staying in Durango. Wife and I rented a private cottage with its own hot tub and loved it! Comfortable bed, clean room and decent shower. Beautiful grounds and views from our patio. Friendly couple runs the place and breakfast was tasty as well. Only suggestion would be to move the chicken coop further away from the main outdoor patio as the afternoon odor was rough. Great choice if you're looking for something romantic and close to downtown Durango.
What a wonderful experience! The cottages were so comfortable and clean, the bed and linens were so cozy. The flowers, apple trees and running water everywhere. We were grateful to be able to bring our well behaved dogs and just thoroughly enjoyed it! The bonus of eggs and apples from the farm for breakfast was the icing on the cake! Thank you James & Leslie
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! Very cozy & quaint place. Normally I'm not a fan of BnB's but I'll definitely go back to this one. The owners are fabulous - very personable and will do anything to make your stay the best. Plan to spend time here to fully enjoy their grounds that include lush trees, flowers, a stream flowing through, and a cute pond. The food was excellent and you can eat indoors or outdoors. So many cute areas to relax. The bed was nice and the room was a good size for a BnB. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. I highly recommend this place! The owners will give recommendations for whatever you are looking to do or see in the area - very knowledgeable. Don't stay at a chain hotel - enjoy these cute unique places!
We had the good fortune to spend two nights at the Inn. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had all the right amenities and then some. The gathering area downstairs was quiet and comfortable. The grounds around the cabins were beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Best of all, though, the host and hostess were very friendly and attentive and served a wonderful breakfast that included fruit from their own trees and eggs from their chickens. The location is wonderful, too.
This was our first time to stay at a B&B. I'm so glad we stayed here. It was so beautiful and comfortable. Our room was clean and lovely. The hosts were wonderful. They made breakfast fresh every day. It was so delicious. I loved the cooked fresh fruit from their orchard. That was a highlight. The hosts were also very nice and accommodating. We didn't want to leave.
This place was a dream! My husband and I came to stay a few nights on our honeymoon and we will definitely be back! We stayed in a few of their cottages.....we weren't sure what our trip looked like when we booked our first night. So we ended up booking our second night a few weeks after our first was already confirmed. Either way, Jim and Leslie were able to accommodate us without any issues.
The atmosphere of the whole place was just darling! Breakfast each morning was served by both Jim and Leslie with warm hearted smiles, delightful conversation (with them and the rest of the guests), and wonderful service! The cottages were kept in excellent condition and were just so welcoming and charming! We truly enjoyed our time there. The place would be great with anyone capable running it, but Jim and Leslie really make it feel like a home away from home. They made us feel like we were staying with old friends we'd known a lifetime. If you have the opportunity to visit and stay here, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! You won't regret it!

Absolutely beautiful! This is a must stay!! Very peaceful. Very clean. Super comfortable. Prime location. We visited recently for spring break from Texas. Do not come here to party or to be disrespectful. It is obvious the owners are very dedicated to taking excellent care of their property and the cottages they provide. The owners were incredibly accommodating and even sent us our left behind items. If we visit Durango again, we will definitely stay at this gem.
