Apollo Inn - Motel in Kissimmee - 670 E Vine St, USA

came here for a vacation, only resort open. it smelled weird, like really weird. beds have weird stains and room obviously wasnt CLEANED after the last visit— only fixed the blankets. looked in the shower.. 2 dead BABY roaches. if theres babies theres more babies. if theres babies theres a mom and a dad roach. and a parent to those roaches. and so on. disgusting.

Ok there are quite a few bad reviews but....I stayed there a few days. I didn't see any crackheads or cockroaches ( which are normal to see in the south - the roaches) . One thing I didn't like was the lack of cleanliness. I'd recommend complete new sheets and towels and more cleaning staff. The room was renovated and the toilet new. Oh and a handiman on site would be great.

It’s a hotel if you really just can’t afford something great. I stopped by just because I needed to sleep a few hrs and was on the road. To me is considered more of a motel. But for the price and how it looks on the outside, you can’t expect a 5 star hotel. This is a 1 max 2 star. The rooms are not upgraded, bathrooms are old. Don’t really know if they do wash sheets after every visit, but don’t really look like it. I would suggest for them to upgrade and make the building look cleaner and if they have to charge a little more per night to do so. Bathroom did not have soap when I showered. That’s the reason why I gave 1 star. Thank you

I have given this hotel a 3star rating only because it is a budget hotel. |The room is very clean, with basic amenities fridge , tv, towels and shampoo and soap. The hotel is currently under renovation and getting a fresh new look (outside being repainted). The rooms must have recently been updated and have a nice modern look. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I will had rated 0 stars, but it wouldn’t let me post the reviews. We rented a room for a night rest , since are Drive was long. Worst mistake ever. They gave us our room, as soon as we walked in, I was surprised in how filthy the room was. We went back to the front desk, we requested a different room, since they didn’t want to return our money. OMG!!! The second room was worst. The bathtub was disgusting! Everything was dirty, or broken. The bed sheets were filthy, burn and stained. We ended up leaving and losing our $$. My advice is don’t stay here. Not worth even 1 dollar. This place should be close for good .

This Hotel, if thats what you want to call it, is an absolute disgrace. I arrived from a different country on vacation and was planning to go see Sea world the next day, I was tired from driving and it looked decent and clean from the outside so I decided to pull in. I should have turned around as soon as I seent he woman behind a plexi glass window which should have st alarm bells off immediatley but was too tired. I gave her 50$ cash and entered my room. There were dirty towels thrown on the sink, no toilet paper, The phone was un-hooked and thrown in the dresser, and no remote for the telivision. I went down and told her I did not feel safe as the proper ammenities were not in place and asked her for a refund, The owner, A pakistani woman, got very hostile and started yelling ar\t me. When I told her it was hazardous to not have a working phone in place, she then retorted, "so what,everyone has cell phones these days"as I had told her I was not a resident of the US, just visiting. I also told her it was nasty about the towels, She gruntled that Not everyone is perfect! Some of her cleaners makes mistakes. I then returned to my room to grab my luggage, at this point it \, I didnt care about the money and decided to leave, and then...She rang the police!! to add insult to injury. The cop was very nice, but I had had it at that stage, he claimed he could not get involved with the refund. Its a shame that a disgraceful, ignorant woman who is the owner, can ruin ones' experience of a town and place. I was so itimidated and scared and bassically robbed. I didnt return that night. How can people get away with that behaviour is beyond me! Do not go to this place!!!

I needed a room for one night and this hotel/motel was very close to the place I was attending next day. They give me a room on second floor and it was disgusting. It had a bad smell, the carpet floor looked dirty. It was awful. I couldnt stay more than one minute in that room so I tried to cancel but the guy who barely speaks English told me they don't do refunds. Luckily I paid with my card, so I called my bank and canceled the transaction. After this place I went to Days Inn which was basically the same price but their rooms are so much better and their service very professional.

Worst. The absolute worst. Horrible dirty rooms. I washed my clothes Be put them in the dryer. When I returned, my clothes were gone and obviously stolen. I go to the front desk and ask them to see if they can check the cameras but conveniently their cameras do not work. Owners are very rude. They act as if everyone who comes to get a room is a crackhead. Won't be coming back here and if you have any common sense you won't either.
