Great Price point, quaint and cozy, perfect place to rest your head for the night. The staff is nice. The water is hot. Good place.

They let us check in early in a pinch and they are people who actually care about their property, they keep all the riff raft away! The rooms are beautiful and well decorated with all amenities you can ask for. Price was great. We would stay here anytime, they’ve made our stay very quiet, clean, and overall great! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area! Phenomenal management!

I partocularly liked the rooms, thwy were clean, bathrooms remodeled. The man on the phone was very personable and helpful I asked him the price multiple times asking who's including tax and then I get there and the woman I'm assuming is his wife said no he never told me that but whatever luckily I had extra cash on me but still I mean I know what I said to this man because I wanted to make sure I had enough cash on me before I got there seeing that I was taking an Uber there I wanted to have all my ducks in a row. I felt like she kind of judged a book by its cover and was being kind of judgy which I understand because I'm sure a lot of their guests that come there aren't model citizens but little did she know about me she was just judging a book by its cover hey everybody's got a passed some scars last longer but guess what I still give you a nice review and treated you with respect she just didn't really return it. I kind of bothers me still should be over that by now but I like to give everybody respect until they give me a reason not to. Guess what addiction doesn't discriminate lady that's all I got to say but other than that yeah I was actually very surprised about the rooms being as nice as they were considerably speaking and maybe I'm using the word nice lately but considering you a little bit further south and all of those kind of motels are usually pretty close because of the kind of clientele that they get so I understand. But yeah and I also appreciate it there 2:00 p.m. check-in time that was pretty cool but they were banging on the door at 10:35 saying time to go when I clearly had 25 more minutes and said if I didn't get out now I was going to lose my $50 deposit, when check out was another 25 minutes away. All in all I would definitely return not sure if they will rent to me again after this review though LOL

Can't complain about my stay much. Linen had one stain and couple holes, probably from reusing them for so long. My room was clean. No issues with bed bugs. Bathroom was clean too. Price ok, not the best. Internet has a password not given, so you have to ask for it. Service was good for 1am.

This place is very clean and cozy. Very convenient location right on Dixie highway with places to eat not even 200 yards away along with gas station and a Walgreens. Staff is very friendly and very observant when it comes to people who frequent the property. They keep the riff raff at bay and have no problem turning away problem/trouble making guests. The only down side was the price and availability. Nightly rate was a bit pricey but most of their business are long stays so it is what it is. We would absolutely stay here again

Expensive place during the season for what you get (no service, no amenities, no breakfast, no shade, tiny rooms with tiny bathrooms with showers, no nothing and RUDE, unhelpful proprietors), but OK off season. The rooms are cool with nice, soft beds, but it could be a little cleaner. Yeah, in fact, a LOT cleaner. The shower in my room was downright nasty and when I asked about it being cleaned, the owner's wife said, "Well, I'M not gonna do it!" It seems her attitude is "I've done a good day's work if I've stood next to my husband, looked over his shoulder, and sat in the front window a little." These people have bad attitudes, but I think it's mostly the wife. Really sad--America's made them rich, but they still don't have the work ethic to do it right.

My husband and I are homeless and he just got his first paycheck from the new job he got. Well we came here to try and rent a room. The owner told us to come back by 2pm and she will have a room ready for us. So we pull up and go to the window and she began to tell us she had already rented the room out. When she told us to come back she took down our names and phone number to reassure us that we got the room. She never even called us to make sure we were coming back and never called us to inform us she had already gave the room out. So when we did get there the 2nd time and she told us that she never once said I'm sorr or anything. So I will never go back there not even for one night if the money is coming out of my pocket

They have redone the rooms nicely, no carpet, very clean. But for the owners and staff were rude and un helpful to our family! Had to go up to the office to get more toliet paper and towels. Stayed for 1 week and needed an additional day. I was at work and owners refused to hold the room with a credit card until I returned from work to pay an additional day. Owners told my boys 20 and 17 to leave. We were very quite and we had no problems durning the week... They kept telling us it was policy.. To kick us out since I wasnt there to pay in person the ADDITIONAL DAY!!!!!!!!!
