This company is horrible. I bought a mic from them that was a 'NEW' Mic. Upon receiving the mic it looked used as well as the tripod was not even functional and the box had been opened and taped back together. After going back and forth with a representative they finally convinced me that if I went to fed ex and stuck it in the mail they would ship one out and I would receive it 2 day. They lied. First they tried to fool me with a refurbished unit and then they flat out lied to me about sending a unit. Once I emailed them 2 days later they then told me I owed $10 more and they had fixed my unit. I purchase a new one not a refurbished. I would not recommend to buy from this company. Now they are telling me they can't get me a unit for 2 more weeks. I needed it today.

Takes about a day to a day and a half to get a response from a technician. So troubleshooting an issue can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Took about 3 weeks to fix the unit, even with a rush order. They bungled the address on the return of the unit and it wound up in an entirely different town. When I asked them to refund the shipping they never returned my emails. Good unit, when working, but already need a repair after two years and light use, poor service.

Apogee is the Best! I went there to pick up a repair, asked for a tour of Apogee. They were very nice, answered every question I had and was able to even meet the CEO, Betty Bennett. She even invited me to stay for a sandwich. Just an awesome place and company. Highly recommend purchasing their products.

Apogee has been a high quality brand that has been around forever. Their converters are great and I just discovered they're making some really nice plugins too! GREG C in Customer service has been top notch! Thanks!

The adjectives "Awesome & Impressive" fall short of what this company delivers! Apogee is not only a company that creates the best electonic music interfaces, but is also all about family. You have to be there in order to appreciate it!

There product messed up me in the first month and I complained. It got me no where! I had to use the product off channel 2 since channel 1 stopped working early on . Wasn’t able to do multi track recording xlr as a result of that . Now the product is not compatible with my new MacBook and I am stuck without a sound card!!! I should have stuck with the MBOX!!!

Excellent sound quality, fantastic customer service and very easy to use! Will suggest to anyone that does podcasts!
