I am grateful to Apex because they helped me to land a job at Amazon. It's a good company to begin with, but not for the long run. I can't plan ahead while I work with them. APEX pays you only money. Their benefits are formal. You do work hard, you do cool stuff like FTE engineers, and valued by your direct management. But for us contractors it is an uber-like experience. No paid vacation, no PTO, ridiculously expensive major health plans (for me and spouse the lowest is $1200 a month). My conclusion is that APEX is good for a short term like 6 or 12 months. They would be really good if they provide at least 3 days of paid vacation. They would be an excellent company, if they provide PTO and reasonable health plans.

I have previously worked with Apex, and this is my second contract with them, working with the same Microsoft team. I must say that Apex is the best company to work with as a contractor. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Amna, Spencer, and Paulina, and I must say that they have been exceptional in their communication skills and response time. They have made my work experience truly enjoyable.

I enjoy the company culture with Apex. I appreciate that they value our wellness and understand everyone's situation. Apex goes above and beyond with extra learning opportunities, wellness seminars, etc.

Would not recommend anybody Discrimination, retaliation, and intentionally messed up my FMLA when I was in the middle of a crisis. Have yet to address any of the issues
