With kids taking all my time I decided I would have Nick build my pc. started as a 3090 build and a couple months later it turned into a 4090 build. Will be doing a overhaul soon. I took my Mac computer in because it was not letting me sign in. They kept it for a few days to see if they could get it to work. It wasn't fixable but they were able to retrieve the photos and data on a portable hard drive I purchased. They were very friendly, helpful and very good priced. I would highly recommend them.

Brought my phone in right before closing and Nick had no problem helping me out! It took about 15min to troubleshoot and diagnose. Sadly the phone was not repairable, but the information I learned saved me time driving around for a fix. Absolutely stellar customer service! Very friendly and awesome little repair shop. I look forward to breaking some electronics in the future, so I can go back.

We really lucked out finding this place. My computer stopped charging and I figured it was the charger cord itself. First I ordered new cord off Amazon and my computer still wouldn’t charge, then I went to batteries plus but they didn’t have the size charger I needed and the guy recommended I try a computer repair shop and said there may be one around the corner. I did a quick google search and there was one right across the street that was Apex-PC. Mind you I never heard of this place, I didn’t look at reviews, it was a spur of the moment decision. When I got in May was friendly and super helpful, she actually found a replacement charger cord right away but when she went to put it in she noticed my charging port was loose. Nick then took a look and quickly diagnosed that it was the charger port and not the charger cord itself. I was super nervous about how much that would cost because I wasn’t prepared for there to be an actual problem with the computer. However, they quoted me such a reasonable price and said it would be ready within three days. It wasn’t until after I left that I checked Google reviews and I understand why they have such amazing reviews. My laptop was ready exactly when they said and when I picked it up not only was it working but it was super clean. I told Nick I’m going to bring back my MacBook and he gave me a better solution to my problem. Overall, I am highly satisfied with everything from the customer service to the actual work itself. We really did luck out finding Apex and will now take all our devices to them.
