Ape Arena is a great gym, starting with the fitness programs they offer throughout the year. Personally It’s been very relevant for me physically and mentally. Both of the owners/main coaches are very helpful and patient with their members. I suggest trying out one of their both locations. Ontario and Riverside depending on where you live. I’ve been to both and their community are very friendly and supportive.

I am happy to share my experience with Ape Arena Fitness, as I have been a member for the past 2 years and I couldn't be happier with the results I've achieved. The knowledgeable coaches are one of the many reasons why I continue to come back. They are always motivating and push me to be my best self. The gym itself is very welcoming, and I am grateful to be a part of a community that not only helps me reach my fitness goals but also pushes me to surpass them. I have made lasting friendships here and feel like I have a support system to help me achieve my goals. I owe a great deal of my success to the owners, Jessica and Chris. They have helped me gain muscle and lose body fat, and have taught me about proper nutrition. As a result, I can confidently say that I am the healthiest I have ever been. I have pushed my limits and got the results I wanted. Ape Arena Fitness has given me a true appreciation for living a healthy lifestyle, and I couldn't be more grateful. The coaches, community, and owners are all top-notch, and I can say without hesitation that this gym has changed my life for the better.

Great place to workout, make friends and be held accountable to workout. The coaches are nice and give tough love where needed. They’re also very knowledgeable and care about your well-being. Happy to be part of the Ape Family.

My experience at Ape Arena has been incredibly positive and transformative, both physically and mentally. The exceptional coaching and the tight-knit community truly sets Ape Arena apart. Working closely with Coach Jess in the Fittest Woman’s Camp has been instrumental in shaping my mindset. From this experience, I learned the power that I have to shape my own reality and the importance of avoiding negative self-talk. The supportive, hard-working community and coaches have helped me cultivate a sense of discipline and empowered me to push past my self-imposed limitations. Because of the Ape, I’ve become mentally stronger, more willing and confident than ever to face life’s challenges.

The staff’s warmth and genuine hospitality create a strong sense of community. The intimate setting fosters connections with like-minded individuals, and the well-maintained space keeps workouts enjoyable. This gym is a refreshing change from impersonal fitness centers—a place where you can forge friendships while pursuing your fitness goals.

Great coaches , that help every step of the way. I have learned so much about myself throughout my journey at the Ape Arena. My initial goal when I started was weight loss and now my goal is muscle gain💪. If you are thinking about starting this journey I absolutely recommend 100%!!!
