Apache Inn - Motel in Tempe - 1915 E Apache Blvd, USA

The beds were absolutely the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. The cable is illegal since there to cheap to pay for it. All you get is old 70s shows that are horrible. The shower was disgusting and there is no mad service. The manager has her son's help her clean and it's impossible to get clean towels. At 3:00 AM the managers son starts his car up right in front of the rooms and it's very loud! He will let it run for like 10 minutes not being mindful that guests are sleeping. Considering there are lots of other motels close by I would definitely stay away from here.

called 5 times this morning to which i got a response once. some lady answered the phone saying “hello” and then hung up on me before i could even ask about availability. tried calling back no answer. maybe have people by the phones that are actually gonna answer them and greet the person on the phone?? she didn’t say “hello thank you for calling apache inn my name is blah blah how can i help you” like a professional front desk hotel/motel should all she said was hello and hung up on me. mediocre establishment.

Comfy & spacious rooms. Mine was furnished perfectly for working remotely, resting, and keep the kids busy with educational and art projects. Free TV services. Large bathroom countertop. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Lovely lobby. Gorgeous and eclectic indoor plants and aquariums. Grabbed hot and fresh coffee each morning which tasted great. Love the inn vibes- staying true to its name. Open skylines and conveniently close to a Valley Metro light rail pick up and drop off location. Skate park and tons of places to explore and dine at in all directions from the inn. Security patrols at night. Quiet. Pet-friendly. Ample parking. Friendly, approachable & professional staff. I felt welcome, at home, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay, including the baked treat the front desk manager had out for guests! How sweet :-) I will be back. Thank you, Apache Inn, for the hospitality and positive experience!

Apologies to the manager. I wasn't sober at the time. I am now though. He was very sweet and kind and professional. Assistant manager wasn't though. He was very rude and unprof essional. My apologies for my behavior . I would recommend this motel.

The beautiful ladies at the front desk were such a blessing!!! Very spacious room! 10/10

This motel is stupendous! I am so grateful that I'm staying in such a nice, clean, comfortable place, it really (in my world) that it's beyond the pale of comparison. Compliments to ALL staff, they are real cool. I'll be here for awhile. Thanks to the owner (or owners), hospitality is probably a tough.business. they know how to do it here- Best regards, Dave L.

Front desk staff were very nice. Room experience, however, was not. My room was in need of repairs. The top locking mechanism on the door was missing. The bathroom vent cover was missing. When I stepped into the shower, the dirt that had accumulated on my feet washed off black. I had no maid service without specifically requesting it, which wasn't that big of a deal except I had only one very thin flimsy towel available and had to use it to mop my nasty floor. The noise level outside my room during the night was loud enough to wake me. On the second night, someone tried to get into my room, even removing the screen from my window, which I did report to the front desk. I had to go to the window and make it known to the potential intruders that there was someone in the room. They did leave at that point and there were no further problems. This was about as close to sketchy ghetto motel as I have ever experienced. Low cost should not equate to not safe, but I guess it does. I will not be choosing any Motel 6 in the near future for any reason. I will definitely be raising my standards and expectations. I guess you truly do get what you pay for.

This Motel 6 location wasn't clean & was very outdated. The rooms that were provided wasn't cleaned upon arrival & had lots of issues. There were what seemed to be dry blood stains on the bed spread & sheets. There wasn't any toilet paper & bars of soap along with bath towels provided inside the room upon arrival. I went to the front desk to ask for these items. The customer service at this location was polite & helpful, even with my list of complaints. They said that they weren't staffed to take care of the issues I had with the rooms, but that they gave me the items so that I could do it myself. I noticed that not all the lighting fixtures worked & that there wasn't any smoke detector inside the room, the wires were hanging from the ceiling. I only found this out, due to the main fire alarm system alarming falsely throughout the building for awhile. The walls around both doors were very dirty. There was hair inside the bathroom on the floor upon arrival as well. The Direct TV service didn't work in one of the rooms, as for also the batteries were low in the remotes. It was a quiet area, so the noise level wasn't bad. Expect for both the outdated refrigerator & microwave loud noise when in use. I requested a smoke-free room, but noticed that the room smelled as if it was a smoking room, it's probably why there wasn't a smoke detector hooked up inside the room. Overall, the staff here was friendly & helpful, but the comfort level wasn't as expected from this Motel 6 location. From the outdated decor, flat pillows, & damaged shower curtains. This location is in need of a major upgrade.
