Yes! yes! Yes! Great small local pc business. Dealt with technician Cole...twice. came to my house, replaced and rebuilt some of my PC due to bad MOBO. They do house calls. I tried my best to leave him alone. He was never once flustered. Always had another option if something didn't work out. Showed up a couple mins early, called before coming. I highly recommend. For basic issues to some complex ones. Edit: 24hrs later, Paula who answers phone called to see how things were going. A+ for great customer service.

I had several items I needed to address for my laptop. I was impressed by the fact that Dan was ON TIME and was very knowledgeable. He was able to address all of my concerns as well as providing some advanced training. Dan was very polite and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend their services.

Cole arrived as scheduled and helped me set up a new Computer. He is very knowledgable and and explained everything . I was able to get my passwords sorted and also some other questions answered. I called Anywhere computer repair because they do home visits for repair and I did not want to leave my computer at a repair site. I was very concerned about getting help I could trust. I lost a file that was very important to me. Calling Anywhere Computer Repair was a great decision on my part, as I got to meet Cole, my Tech and interact and see what the tech was doing, which was very reassuring and I was so impressed with Cole. He was very competent from what I observed and very willing and offered to help me with any questions I might have after he fully resolved my problem [recovered my file] in a very short time. I could not be more happy with this person. Cole also set up for me, a back up system, which I'm very happy to have now, for piece of mind, as I will not have a repeat issue again now.
