I am a GM at an Anytime Fitness and have managed multiple locations. This is one of the nicer ones I have been to. Very clean, lots of squat racks/bench press stations. Has a hack squat, and Calf raise machine. And a free weight seated chest press. Things that are rare to find at some AF locations. Clean bathrooms, nice layout. Large purple carpet area. Will continue using. A+
I enjoyed coming in for the 1st time and getting asked about my goals, then hearing all about their holistic approach to health, nutrition, mind, and then body. This approach works well for me so this may be the best fit. I'll keep you all updated!#2 I have thoroughly enjoyed the accountability as well as the encouragement to meet my goals😁
I love this gym, it’s never too crowded, everything is clean, it has all the equipment needed, it even has a little private room if you don’t want to work out in front of other people. it is a little bit more expensive than a regular gym but it is worth it.
Been coming to this gym for over a year now. One of the best gyms I've been to. They have 6 squat racks and plenty of benches, machines, kettlebells, anything you want. Even a heavy bag. Bathrooms have showers and everything's clean. What more would you want?
The last time I visited an Anytime Fitness, it was pretty bare bones. Little better than a hotel gym. The Lynnwood location definitely stands out, even amongst other franchises. The AF model is meant to be small and convenient, so you won't find a court, pool, or spa area. What you will find is cardio equipment, weights, and machines, moreso than other AF locations. The variety of equipment allows for a fun way to mix up your training, and introduce different stimuli. The owner, Flex, is always open to hearing suggestions for equipment. Speaking of the owner, the staff is great. This location is family run, and they have great trainers as well. They want to get you shape, but more importantly, they want to make sure you're comfortable handling your fitness journey independently. They'll set you up for success. I highly recommend this location, plus the membership provides the AF perks, such as app tracking and access to all locations. Come by for a workout!
