Quiet, clean, and friendly. The staff is super helpful, the other patrons are polite and considerate and the overall vibe is positive and supportive. The gym is small, but it's got everything you need, and it's always nice to catch a quick tan after a workout.

First time joining a gym with no experience working out. Staff and the trainer Kyle has been extremely patient and helpful in making sure I learn not only how to work out properly and efficiently but also how to manage diet. Been a member for 2 weeks now and have already lost 6 pounds and I have never felt better.

I’ve been a member since around 2016/17 and have been to anytime fitnesses from lake Ozark to Michigan city, and the Jefferson City location has become by far one of the best I’ve been to especially since I’ve moved back to the area, the staff are friendly and do an incredible job keeping the gym clean and tidy! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!

I love ATF!!!! It’s a prefect fit for my schedule. I don’t have to worry about closing times. If you work long hours but still want to get that workout in ATF is for you.

It's fairly nice for a small gym. Friendly staff and easy access to the equipment. If you like quieter places to work out and need flexible hours, this is your place.
