Great and friendly staff that will work with you not only to achieve your goal with a personal plan but will also work with you if you late with your payment. I hardly have time to come in during the day to make my personal plan but they had always reached out to me, which I appreciate. Open 24/7 highly recommend.
As someone with such gym anxiety, I HIGHLY recommend this gym. The most friendly staff and members who quickly become family! Everyone is always out to help you and make sure you have the greatest experience.
I was so scared to start working out but my fears disappeared within the first few minutes of being in this gym. I am not a fit person, yet, but the coaches and staff never made me feel inferior or discouraged, in fact it was the opposite! I feel like a rockstar every time I walk in! I love it!
The staff makes this place such a welcoming environment. Alexis is amazing to train with. She listens to your goals and encourages you even on the days you’re not training with her one on one. She works with your schedule and makes sure you get you training in.
Everyone is friendly, at least that I have met, and welcoming. Staff are professional, motivational and knowledgeable about how to help you reach your fitness goals. I love it here.
Great place for a workout and a shower, showers are nice! Tons of good equipment. I travel a lot currently here for a week and it’s one of the nicer anytime I been to. Very nice and friendly staff as well!
Nice gym with everything you need, machines, free weights and a cardio section. Toilets are clean and showers are available. Gym, massage bed and tanning are available 24/7. The staff is very friendly.

Excellent place to eat. Staff was super friendly. Food was absolutely delicious!! The biscuits and gravy with their breakfast potatoes was awesome. Highly recommend. I know we will be dining there again next year while in Sedalia for the state fair.
