Anytime Fitness - Gym in Redmond - 915 SW Rimrock Way, USA

There are different things you look for when going to a gym. The greatest strength of this anytime fitness is the location. This is not the largest gym on the planet but it is a well run franchise that is clean and has a wide array of strength training tools. . You've got close to two dozen cardio options between treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and stair steppers. Free weights are rubber with a decent spread of dumbbells. There are around 6 bench/squat racks with a pretty decent number of circuit machines. I go early and it is very rarely so crowded you have to wait for a machine. This location is clean and machines are well maintained. This is a good location if you're looking for a nearby gym with decent options.

This gym is rundown and always dirty. A lot of the equipment is beat up, and a lot of pins stick for adjusting the equipment to your comfortability level. Important health related features don't get addressed in due time like changing the water filters. When I canceled my membership, I got a cancellation form and a question on the form was "did you benefit from the fitness consultation?" I have been a member for several months, and I had no idea that there was a fitness consultation nor was I offered one. When I first came in, right before signing, the staff member slipped in "oh by the way there's added fees." I asked if I could pay for the fees upfront and was not allowed to. Later on when I moved to Bend, I realize that anytime fitness and planet fitness were the same distance away so I interviewed planet fitness. I noticed that planet fitness has a specific day and amount set for the fees that come out. I turned around and asked anytime fitness if they could offer me the same transparency as planet fitness. They could not pin down a certain date for the fees or offer any level of certainty for the fees that are charged at this gym here in Redmond. They are very committed to taking your money whenever they feel like it.

I love this gym. They have everything I need and it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Not uncomfortable or crowded. You have access to so much equipment and the prices are affordable. I’ve tried out a few gyms in the area but this one was the one I chose to sign up for and I don’t regret it one bit. All of the staff is great and I see the owners there all the time at the gym and I appreciate everything they do to make this place safe and accessible.

Nice gym, I like it better than our home club. Clean bathrooms and good amount of weights and lifting equipment.

Rude customer service and also dishonest about features and options available for the gym. I asked about different options like trials since my card wasn’t working didn’t want to work with me even though they do have trials or other options. They’ve also multiple times not worried about other customers having issues. Felt like they singled me out.

I love Any Time Fitness. I am almost 64, never joined a gym before, and felt I wanted to lose at least 30 lbs. I decided to go with a trainer to learn what I should use and do for my best benefit. I couldn’t be happier! Best thing I have ever done and I love the flexibility of hours to go when I want.

I enjoy this Anytime Fitness. Friendly and helpful staff, always clean, the gym is equipped with good working equipment. I am always able to use the equipment I need while I’m there. The crowd there is nice and willing to offer support. I live within walking distance of The RAC but prefer coming to this Anytime Fitness because of the outstanding facility it is. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a first time gym experience or looking to find a new one. Plus the convince of when I travel being able to use ANY of their facilities.

Very full and won’t allow you to cancel memberships because of being unable to use the packed gym. Save yourself a huge hassle and don’t go here.
