Anytime Fitness - Gym in Oak Forest - 5570 W 159th St, USA

One of the better locations I've visited. Lots of natural light and good selection of equipment, Not a huge facility but not so small that you have to worry about space to do your workout routines. Also, the vending machine was stocked with what I needed before my workout.

I start in the 6 weeks program with Beth as my training. I seen so much changes in my body the I signed up for another 6 weeks. I couldn't get where I am without this place and Beth. I can see myself being here for a long time.

The gym is super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I signed up for a personal trainer, coach Beth, to help me get to my body goals and she’s amazing! She’s very accommodating (my work schedule is all over the place), so easy to talk to and work with, always a text away whenever i have a question about workouts or diet, great motivator, and super friendly but SHE DOES NOT PLAY! She kicks my a** every session but it’s good to feel like you’re actually getting the workout and session you’ve paid for. Highly recommended.

Great gym. Not super busy or crowded. Coach Beth is awesome. This gym feels like a family...everyone knows your name. The people are polite. The music is good. I love the nutritional tips posted around the gym too.

There are so many gyms to choose from, but I'm so glad I went to Anytime Fitness. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They keep the equipment cleaned up. They have amazing hours, being 24/7. I joined just to use the equipment. I had a session to see how the group sessions would be and took the leap. I love it. I wouldn't push myself the way Coach Beth pushes me. She is AMAZING!

This gym has everything you could ever want in a gym from equipment/classes to tanning beds! In addition the environment is positive and respectful! I especially love the ability to work out at anytime (24/7). It is great for those with a crazy schedule and need flexibility! Shout out to the amazing employees :)

I been at the gym for almost 5 years and trained with coach Beth for almost 3 years. She is the best. The gym is clean and the machines are great. TJ the manager is really nice and always willing to help with any issues and concerns

I’ve been training with Coach Beth going on 2 years, and I love it. I always feel like I’ve gotten a really good workout, and I feel better once we’re done (hugely less stressed). They’re very accommodating if I need to switch my training session to another time or another day.
