Great gym run by great people. Always VERY clean. Staff are extremely friendly and very responsive. They always greet you and are eager to help with whatever you need. Some of the best customer service in the area. They actively try to make your life easier. Had to cancel my membership because I moved out of the area and the process was quick and painless. Membership is a little on the pricier side compared to a few other gym chains, but it's worth it to avoid some of the pains of cheaper gyms such as loitering people, misuse of equipment, broken equipment or kids running around. Everyone is there to better themselves and get a good workout done while being respectful and non-judgmental towards the people around them. No one is snobby, and all fitness levels are welcome. If I am ever back in the area, I will definitely return to this location.

Great experience with my personal trainer Jeana. Highly recommend to check out her Core Confidence classes. AF has a great atmosphere, unlike most big gyms which feel like a 'sweat shop'. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Anytime Fitness- West Bend is a very welcoming gym. All of the staff is friendly and the trainers are awesome! They all answer any questions without judgement. The gym always has the “just cleaned” look and there is a huge variety of quality equipment to use. FABULOUS!

By far one of the nicest Anytime Fitness gyms I’ve been to. Warm, friendly staff. The facility has everything you need for a solid workout. It’s a go-to for sure when I’m in town.

Clean (I mean CLEAN). Bright, large space, well equipped. Great location, easy on/off US 41, plenty of safe parking. Professional friendly staff. By far the best AF facility in SE Wisconsin. Thank you to the staff and management who keep all the above consistent and constantly improving.

AF is simply the BEST! Not only do they provide a state of the art fitness facility but they also have the absolute best club manager and staff! So very friendly and always willing to lend an ear, a helpful tip or a friendly smile. They make you feel so welcome! It’s the best. I have been a member of many different gyms in the area over the last decade, but AF has been BY FAR the most amazing gym facility! I have been here for over 3 years now and I’ll be a member for life. I simply can not say enough good things about the staff and trainers at AF. It doesn’t matter if you’re a new member or a seasoned member, they always go out of their way to greet you with a friendly hello, letting you know “hey, I see you and I’m happy you’re here.” You can ask them any question at any time and you’ll never get an annoyed look or response as if you’re bothering them.
