Nice place. Items vary in pricing depending on who is the owner. Thier vynel have dwindle and they seem to be redecorating and moving items from the last time I went. They have handicap parking but the inside the building is tight for those using wheelchairs.
I went looking for some information, got answers to my questions, also looked around they have some great antiques that if restored can fetch a great return.
Some nice items but kind of felt like we were bothering the shop owner on a Sunday. Did not feel welcomed. Most items did not have a posted price and we had to ask. We did not purchase anything. Having to ask the price on everything is discouraging. Probably will not return.
Beautiful items. Prices are very affordable. The gentleman who took care of us was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Bought a sterling silver perfume bottle & money clip at a GREAT price !!! More importantly, the owners are very kind, polite, welcoming, & more than willing to help ANYBODY who’s looking for a particular RARE or UNIQUE item. Overall, I’d HIGHLY recommend this shop to people that are looking for AWESOME bargains !!! Trust me, you’ll LOVE this place !!
Great place! Owners were very friendly and gave us good deals. Would definitely recommend this place. Even got my 9 year old grandson interested in collecting coins.
Nice and clean store, lots of antiques and some more modern collectables not a bunch of junk. Very nice and polite guys work there. No prices on most things, have to ask.

Good atmosphere and decent food. For those who don't want to eat at large almost fast-food like chains and prefer small traditional restaurants, in my opinion this is a good place.
Look, I don't live in Laredo anymore. But when we went down to visit, the one thing that was non-negotiable was visiting Chalu. I didn't even visit my grandfather , ok? Get the ternera burger, and you might forget about your family too. ð
