I’ve lived at this community for 2 months and have really been enjoying it. The community is beautiful and there is plenty of grass for my dog. The bark park is also super spacious too! I had a great experience working with Gabriela from the leasing office. She helped me with getting my new car registered and getting my mail room key. She always has a smile on her face is and ready to help.

Sonia and Gabrielle are wonderful. Let me make that clear. **While what I wrote below is true, once the right person was made aware of the issue, I had a new dishwasher the same day. So thank you to whoever read this review and got it handled. I appreciate it. Great customer service.** **I've also edited my review to take out opinions and stick with the facts** On November 15th, 3 days after moving in, I put in a maintenance request for my broken dishwasher. I waited two weeks, didn't hear anything and started following up by calling and visiting the office on several occasions. It's been nearly 5 weeks without a clear update, and I am irritated because I am paying for a dishwasher I have never been able to use. I was told that the maintenance manager is aware, and is working on it. Or that my repair had been "scheduled". And that someone would follow up with me. That hasn't happened.

I’ll start by saying the apartment we live in now worked with us. My job requires me to be out of town 90% of the time. The apartment we live in now needed us to come sign our lease on a Friday. I was out of town that Friday and they made an exception since they were closed on Saturdays to open on a Saturday for us just to come sign our lease. Now lets start with Anson. We were showed a model unit and was told that would be what we were getting, except a bigger floor plan. We then was sent the virtual tour of the bigger unit that we would be getting. We got approved on Tuesday and were told we both had to come in by Friday to sign our lease. We live out of state and asked could we come Saturday and we were told NO. We had to fly in that Wednesday to fill out our paperwork and pay the deposit, which was such an inconvenience because we had to fly in, get a rental car just to come sign the paperwork and then fly back home that night. Once we arrived we asked if we could see the unit we would be getting even though we understood it wasn’t ready we just wanted to see the space. Gabriela kept telling us no because they don’t allow if the unit isn’t ready. After expressing my frustration with not feeling comfortable signing the lease before seeing it she later told us they had one ready that somebody didn’t move into yet that we could see. After seeing the unit it was COMPLETELY different then what we were told we would be getting. We asked if there was another unit we could get that looked like the one we were told we were getting. The next day we were told they had one available, but instead of a move in on Friday the unit wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday which wasn’t a problem for us because we live out of state and wouldn’t be able to move in for another week anyways! We asked if we could proceed with signing the lease and keeping everything as is and whenever it was ready we would come get the keys. They said they would not do that we would have to move the move in date to Tuesday and by doing that the rent price would go up! Absolutely ridiculous! It’s not our fault we were showed TWICE a unit we were told we were getting and then shown something different! we decided to go else where and was told we would now get our deposit back 30-45 days! They could have worked with us and let us move in 4 days later. And good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phones! Resident or not!

Anson has been a great community to live in. My experiences with the neighbors hasve been pleasant and I have had excellent service from the Staff. A special Thank You to Gabriela. She is wonderful. Every interaction with Gabriela has been 5 stars. Her knowledge and personality make it easy to speak with her and have my questions answered. Gabriela's personality is very approachable and kind and is one of the top reasons I am comfortable to reach out any time I need assistance. Great experience.

Leasing office is very professional and understanding. Apartments are nicely renovated and cost efficient. Landscape has tons of personality and is overall a seemingly quiet community. The leasing manager Tia is amazing as well.

Gabriela Stewart is really the best. She has listened to all my concerns and she then addresses them with the managers or maintenance crew. Definitely someone who acts, not just listens. THANK YOU GABRIELA!

I officially moved into Anson at the Lakes a little more than a month ago. The entire leasing experience has been stellar. I moved a long way from out-of-state and had done extensive research on the surrounding Charlotte area. After struggling to find the perfect place to rent, I came across Anson at the Lakes while driving around town. I had no issues scheduling a quick appointment with the leasing office and was able to apply and receive background check approval within a quick 48 hours of touring. The entire office is so professional, clean and welcoming. I was given a tour by Kelsey, who was also my main POC with any questions I had when leasing. I was also greeted by Kelsey on move in day with my set of keys and welcome packet. She made the entire experience very friendly and personable as she remembered a variety of key points from our first conversation a month prior when I toured Anson. I most definitely recommend this clean, family-friendly, community-based, and safe apartment complex to anyone moving to the South Charlotte area. Thank you Anson!

I go to the office and always have a very professional encounter with Gabriella Stewart. She is always very professional and carries out her job as if she was the owner of the community. You all are lucky to have her. Nothing but positive feedback in regards to her going above and beyond the call of duty to help her residents. Thank you Gabriella!
