I recently had the pleasure of being served by Summer at The Broken Egg, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outstanding service. Summer went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. From the moment we were seated until we left, Summer's attentiveness and friendly demeanor made a significant difference. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured that everything was just right throughout our meal. The timing of the service was impeccable, and Summer's genuine interest in making sure we had a wonderful dining experience truly stood out. Her professionalism and positive attitude added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. I highly recommend The Broken Egg, and if you have the chance, ask for Summer – she truly embodies excellent customer service. We look forward to returning!

So this place is already popular and the waiting list is long. But I understand why, the food was delicious. Even though it took over 50 minutes to receive my entrees, the food was amazing. I had the buttermilk pancakes, which were fluffy and so flavorful. The bacon was cooked and crisped to perfection. The sweet ham was so delicious. And the City Grits were so good, bacon, chives, tomatoes and peppers, oh my! The chicken and waffles were the best that I have ever tasted. I pray that they will get their liquor license soon, so I can enjoy a mimosa with my fabulous brunch. A must-try restaurant! I’ll definitely be back.

The food here is AMAZING 10/10! I got the pound cake French toast and it was so good. The service and staff is great. Everyone was really nice and our waitress constantly checked on us! Definitely coming back again and again.

Heard about this place on Wednesday, went there with a couple of friends on Thursday. The food we had which is shown here was top shelf.. Really enjoyed the power country bowl I had. Outstanding cheese grits with crispy baked bacon and a huge biscuit. Needless to say I had enough left over for breakfast tomorrow 😋 Great service and ambience, clean as the board of health. Will definitely be coming back.👌👍

A friend recommended Another Broken Egg Cafe to us when we stated we wanted to find a new soulfood type breakfast spot. This very clean restaurant had a stylish, comfortable design, very friendly and accommodating staff, outstanding food and drink menus with a variety of ingredients and delectable food combinations. There were many selections of southern soulfood and creole infused menu options. There were all sorts of interesting coffee and drink combinations. We had difficulty deciding on drinks and food because everything looked so good. Our orders came out quickly. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, with large portion sizes. We ate the rest of the meals the next day. We will definitely be coming back and bringing family and friends. I highly recommend this food experience!

This is my first time at Another Broken Egg in Maryland. The atmosphere is amazing and our waitress was EXCELLENT. Summer was professional, checked on us multiple times to ensure we didn’t need anything, and the food was delicious. It has a First Watch vibe but this place is better than all of the First Watch’s I’ve been to in Maryland. To add, the biscuit beignets are delicious although I only tried a portion of one. My husband loved it. My blueberries were fresh, the omelette was perfectly cooked, and everything tasted great. We will definitely return. Please continue with the superb customer service.

I have been to this location twice before. I have had a great experiences one of which was having a wonderful dialogue with the owners. Today my experience was subpar. I am a member of the Mocha Moms organization of Howard County. We chose this establishment for our 1st Fridays Brunch which started at 10. I arrived around 10:15 and placed my order with the other participants around 10:30. The seating and staff in my experience were fine. But my to go food was subpar. I needed to leave early and when I finally saw my food around 12.There were issues prior when I got home.. it did not reflect what I paid for. I did not go back to the restaurant because I was I passing through to manage other responsibilities. I felt that despite my passing through my food would be of on par of what is displayed on their menu. My recommendation is that you train up your staff to handle orders. I feel my experience is you have growing pains. You are a franchise owned by a black couple so because of that I will not BASH...BUT OFFER FEEDBACK. With that said what you advertised is NOT what I received. Please improve!
