Annie's Inn Bed & Breakfast - Bed & breakfast in Aiken - 3083 Charleston Hwy, USA

Our family gathered here from near and far for a reunion that was long overdue. The owner was very kind and accommodating. We filled all the cottages out behind the inn and enjoyed the swimming pool. The cottages were clean, charming and well stocked with all that we needed. This was so much more enjoyable than a hotel would have been. We were 15 minutes from great shopping in Aiken. Beds were very comfortable. We are talking about doing this again next year.

Main house was built in 1830. Each room had a private bathroom. Breakfast is included with a stay in the main house. Animals allowed in the carriage house. Pool available. Each room is decorated and very clean. 10 minutes from downtown Aiken. Hosts are very kind and inviting.

Our son had a 4 day ball tournament at Citizen's Park and we wanted to find someplace close to the park, but bigger than a hotel room. We wanted to have a place we could enjoy between games and stretch out as a family. The cottage was very clean, the kitchen was easy to use, full size appliances and all the basic cooking needs, pots/pans/utensils, etc...the bed was soooo comfy, the bathroom was big and clean!!! Living space was nice and open, especially for the size. Cable TV and a swimming pool right outside your door. There is a super sweet patio to sit and enjoy and the grounds are beautifully done too. The laundry room is very clean (available 24/7). All linens (including pool towels) are provided. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The ball park was 9 minutes away (easy drive too). Scotty is a super host for sure!!! I would recommend Annie's Inn Bed and Breakfast to anyone going to Aiken, SC.

We stayed in the 2BD cottage and the owner, Scottie, couldn't have been more pleasant and accomodating for our needs. We were able to arrive early, check out late and enjoyed an immaculate, spacious living space with full kitchen, 2 baths, lovely top quality linens and beds as well as a quiet pool just outside our patio door. The horses adjacent to the property were a plus. For a quiet, comfortable stay with the ability to bring your own food items, this was a great option rather than a hotel chain. We will be back!

This is a very cute Bed and Breakfast. It is clean and cozy and has plenty of charm. I stayed on business, so I did not take advantage of the breakfast offerings. The TV had a solid selection of cable channels and the bed was comfy. So much better than staying in a boring hotel room. I would definitely return here and recommend to friends.

My husband surprised me with a weekend getaway to Aiken and we stayed here. The Inn is lovely and very clean. Dallas the owner was on his own for the weekend but did a great job, we enjoyed his company very much. Breakfast was just right, nothing fancy but very good. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

We were just there for an overnight stay, but the place was wonderful. The old house drips rustic charm, but is modernized in just the right places (bathrooms mostly). And clean, don't forget clean! The hosts Scotty and Dallas made us feel like part of the family and cooked a great breakfast. Makes us wish we had more reasons to go to Aiken!

We love it here. It is peaceful and comfortable. Everything you need is nearby. The owners are the best you could ask for. My favorite place to be when I just need to "get away." The gardens and landscaping are a pleasure, the pool quite private, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
