Anne's Washington Inn - Hotel in Saratoga Springs - 111 S Broadway, USA

We enjoyed our stay at this historic inn on a recent road trip. It was nice to find a country-like setting, with a wonderful wrap-around porch, within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants. We had our daughter’s wedding at Anne’s Washington Inn in early September. We chose to work with Madeleine during the planning and she could not have been more helpful and considerate. During a beastly hot, humid week with unpredictable downpours, the universe provided several hours of sunny blue skies and we were able to be outdoors for the ceremony (plan A). But if it rained we had two other options (under the reception tent or inside the inn) that Madeleine would make happen if needed. Also, Madeleine’s team (led by her mother, I’m told) designed and managed our florals beautifully - they could not have been prettier! Both families, the wedding party and various out of town guests nearly filled the inn for the weekend. It was so lovely, comfortable and relaxing to be there. The Bokan family makes everyone feel like family in the best way - everything you need and no fuss about anything. We are so pleased and grateful to have been there for our special weekend.

Absolutely everything about this inn was perfect. We reserved online and a few days before our arrival we received info on the checkin process and codes to enter. Joe was there to greet us and we promptly went upstairs to our room. The inn is beautiful and attention to detail was evident everywhere. We loved sitting on the porch with our morning coffee watching the hummingbirds in the feeders. There were many places to sit on the porch (I chose the lovely two seater swing) and again, attention to detail. Candles were on the tables and they even supplied bug spray. Joe gave us great recommendations for where to eat and was truly happy we enjoyed his top recommendation. It is apparent he loves what he does! We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We had my sister's bridal shower at Anne's Washington Inn and it was absolutely beautiful! Madeleine was so great to work with—she advised us on local caterers (it was delicious), organized the table layout, and had all of the tables and rentals set up when we arrived. Their expertise made the planning process so much easier and we are so grateful to them!

Our daughter’s June wedding at the Anne’s Washington Inn was magical! From the moment we met Joe and toured the Inn we were completely sold. Joe Bokan exudes a casual, warm confidence and his daughter Madeleine has an exceptional eye for detail. Madeleine is also classy and charming while being efficient and organized. I highly recommend hiring her for an additional consulting/coordination package. We were quite thorough and had ample time to prepare for the wedding but Madeleine really facilitated everything and caught some major mistakes. Friends and family are still telling us it was the Best wedding they ever attended.

I’ve been lucky to attend and plan a variety of events at Anne’s Washington Inn. Each one has been breathtaking and so personalized. The attention to detail and passion from both Joe and Madeleine brings such peace of mind for your big day! Whether it be for a wedding, bridal shower, or baby shower, I HIGHLY recommend planning your next event here!

The Inn is next to Saratoga Spa State Park on the south side of town. The inn is a family operated business. We had a room that was full of light, airy, and decorated very nicely. Coffee, tea are available in the social room, with light snacks and sodas (small fee) at the desk. Continental breakfast will get you going but it is light fare. The inn is very convenient to downtown, the track, the performing arts center and the activities at the state park. It is quiet. A venue for weddings, I bet.

Anne's Washington Inn hosted our whole wedding party three nights surrounding our wedding. They were very accommodating of our various mobility and dietary restrictions. For a full buyout, it was a great value. Everyone was very comfortable and had a great time. Our wedding was too large to host on site but we did host our farewell breakfast in their dining room and it was lovely. I'd definitely recommend them for small weddings and for wedding adjacent events.
