Annabelle on Main - Apartment rental agency in Duluth - 2375 Main St, USA

This property has drastically gone down since moving here. The parking is horrendous as there is little to no parking for residents unless you pay for reserved parking, which does not guarantee your paid for space will not be taken by others. Management has no way of protecting what you pay for (parking spaces) as there are no penalties in place for violators. The gate is constantly broken allowing anyone from off the streets to just drive in and have access to the residents. Management is horrible!!! They do nothing to remedy these problems! For this to be a 55+ community, it feels like conventional living as weed smoke is now permeating in the hallways. If you love your safety and the safety of your loved ones, DO NOT move here or put them here. Save your money and look elsewhere!!! UPDATE: As of January 10, 2024, a resident’s vehicle was vandalized overnight. Law enforcement is here now collecting evidence. Again, if you value your safety and the safety of your loved ones, DO NOT move here! Point proven!

Moved my widowed Mom in there a few weeks ago. She's really happy there and the property has great amenities and activities, at a price point that isn't extravagant. Great home for active seniors.

Not enough parking for tenants not unless you pay 75.00 to reserve a space. I have to keep driving around to find a space and then walk far and that's not good at night especially for a woman not safe at all, otherwise apartment community is nice.Tenants are suppose to have free parking per the lease but they have took away the free parking and turned it into covered parking.SMH

I appreciate the team's friendly engagement each time I stop by the office whether for a business need or just to say hello. I'm pleased to still call Annabelle on Main my home.

I think I’ve died and gone to heaven! Annabelle saved my life after I sat during the year of the pandemic. I knew I had to get out of my little money pit when the pandemic was over. Thank goodness, A Place For Mom salesperson called me and said she thought I should check this place out. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made to move here and it just keeps getting better and better. Our management team can’t be beat!. Kind, helpful and a wealth of knowledge! You couldn’t find any better folks anywhere. And that goes for my fellow residents as well. Great care, great friends, great fun. Yes, it’s heaven on earth and I’m so lucky!

An update on 12/23/2023: Parking spaces at Annabelle On Main Street, Duluth, Ga: I AM GIVING A ONE STAR TO THIS REVIEW, IN REALITY I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A NEGATIVE 5 STAR. 👎👎👎👎👎 Following is the classification of parking spaces at this facility: Garages: 38 @ $200/month Carport Spaces: 18 @ 75/ month (Open spaces were converted into carport spaces to generate more revenue!) Other Reserved Spaces: 28 @ $50/ month Handicap spaces: 8 Guest parking spaces:3 EV Vehicles: 2 Future residents spaces: 2 Police: 1 Remaining Open Spaces: 99 TOTAL: 199 TOTAL Apartments: 180. Employees: 6 (who should he able to park on the property and they do and occupy six spaces.) Assuming up to 2 cars per apartment as an average, the need is for 360 parking spaces. (While it doesn’t appear to be a reality at present, it worth noting that two bedroom apartments can have four people and potentially four cars.) Greystar needs to do something. Telling tenants to use Lidl Grocery Store parking is not an option. Also, this should be reviewed by the permitting authorities in Duluth City and Gwinnett County. PRIOR REVIEW: ( with three stars): Signed our third year of lease because we like the neighbors in this community. No, because we like the management company! Spent three hours yesterday and four hours today with Xfinity to get the TV service working. Annabelle mandates the use of this service. This poor reliability is not a good service from both Annabelle and Xfinity. Monday through Friday breakfast service is supposed to be set by 7:00 am. It doesn’t get setup until close to 8:00 am. Quality is inconsistent.

I have been living here at Annabelle on Main for two months and only regret is that I didn’t find them earlier! Everything has met and/exceeded my expectations! My neighbors are great. I have participated in a number of on-site gatherings, games, and exercise opportunities. Shared a few meals with neighbors and it has all been awesome. Love all our gatherings and opportunities to meet and socialize with neighbors. The staff are so attentive to our needs and do an outstanding job of seeing that we are comfortable and engaged.

Annabelle on Main is absolutely FANTASTIC in every way one can imagine. The management staff provides superb customer service, the entire community is kept is pristine condition and the very high level of care and maintenance is evident all over the campus. This is truly a gem of a community and I very highly recommend it as a serious option for long term living choice. The amenities are kept at top shape, the management offers so many activities to keep the tenants very entertained and happy, the facilities are gorgeous and it’s like living on a luxury cruise ship that just never sails..! Absolutely a wonderful place to call home.
