My best review I can give is that my kids love it here. There are good and drink options. Pizza is so so. Not bad. Lots of snack and ice cream options. Adults can get energy drinks and fizzy water as well as beer. Employees are friendly and adults can sit or play too.

My kids loved it. I have 9y, 5y, 3y, & 1y... They ALL had a blast. My 5yo was too small for zipline or climbing wall, but once he discovered the tube slide back by the party rooms he was thrilled. My ONLY dislike is that membership is Location specific so we have to drive over an hour to get to the one near our friends' house (bypassing 2 closer locations) and we wouldn't be able to use it on vacation in other cities with other family, which is unfortunate for as expensive as it is.....

The server was immature, dishonest, rude, lazy and all around obnoxious. We ordered more waters half way through our reservation because we were thirsty after adults and kids had been running jumping and playing for over an hour (we needed to rehydrate) he said in disbelief "you drank them all already wow" then huffed and got up from the chair he was sitting around in to get more. Later during pizza time we ordered sodas and he went to get them but returned and said we don't have any so we ordered Gatorade mostly the color red when he came back he only had the 2 colors we specifically didn't order and he brought just 3 of the 6 we ordered. after the party was done we were leaving and I saw the cooler was a little under halfway stalked with red Gatorade and a few other colors there was at least 20-25 there. I couldn't believe it so when I mentioned to him that there was in fact red Gatorade he tried to say they just put them in.. so I asked to see one and it was ice cold not Luke warm or even close to room temp.. those kind of birthday party's are expensive as it is so we expect good service.

We're there for children's birthday party. It's a children's paradise. So many sections to keep them entertained.

What a great place for a kids birthday party.

Love, love, love this place!!! My 5 year old son would play here for days if I would let him. Tons of staff that do a great job!!! Can't say enough good things about this place.
