I booked a stay at Anna & Bel as part of a surprise engagement for my girlfriend, well, now fiancee! Everyone was SO lovely from the moment I made the booking to the moment we left, and they felt genuinely excited for us. I can't say enough kind things about everyone who works there!||The hotel is impeccable. There are beautiful details throughout the building, luxurious soaps in the bathroom, and of course, the pool is the star of the show. We were truly transported from Philadelphia as we spent the day relaxing poolside. There is nothing else like this in the city!||They're still working on opening the daytime restaurant next to the pool, but that didn't stop them from providing a poolside drink and snack service (thanks Ian!). I also have to shout out our incredible meal at Bastia, which was the perfect way to celebrate our first night as an engaged couple. ||We're already recommending this hotel to everyone we know as the best staycation spot in the city, and cannot wait to return!

The cutest hotel in the heart of Fishtown walking distance to all of the best restaurants. The decor and design was drool worthy. The pool was divine and well heated. And the food was incredible. We dined at Bastia one night and by the pool for lunch. The complimentary coffee and croissants were a lovely touch. Our room was very comfortable - pillowy soft bed and a great shower. We will definitely be back!

The most beautiful, luxe hotel. Every detail was thought out from the Le Labo fragrances in the room, to the essentials tables on the floors to the fans down by the pool. As a Soho House Member I would say this is nicer than a lot of the locations and what I wish the houses looked like… I could see people wanting to be members of this space. The art was all from local artists in the area and the hospitality was top notch. We can’t wait to return!

I’m sitting here in front of the inviting fireplace, getting some work done on a comfy velvet sofa in a serene environment with mood lighting (it’s giving Marlton vibes, although more modern). The faintly piped in music is uplifting pink noise, the ever so slight le labo scent is lux yet soulful. This new hotel is exactly what this area needs: a quiet respite from the city (Calgon take me away!). I just stayed last night and am so happy to experience it. The king suite is modern minimalist with excellent amenities (love the essentials table). The staff is happy and welcoming. I’m bummed the weather doesn’t allow for a dip in the beautiful pool, so I will need to come back. I even met Tyler Akin - can’t wait to try his new restaurant!

The hotel is tucked away on a nondescript but well-known street in the increasingly popular Fishtown neighborhood. We celebrated my wife's birthday for a night but wished we could stay longer. Madeline greeted us at check-in and was very friendly and accommodating. We got the sense that all the hotel staff knew and were excited that they are working a place that was really cool. The hotel's interior and exterior courtyard design is well appointed and presents extremely well. We loved the plant selections and placement. We have travelled to number of places and this hotel reminds us of Moroccan styling (rugs, graphic wall coverings, warm colorways, floor tile patterns and colors) mixed with a slightly industrial red brick and steel vibe... perfect combination. As always, pictures do not give it justice...||Our Standard King room was the appropriate size for two adults with plenty of space to move around. The cupboard that housed the coffee and tea maker was discretely hidden away and had delectable goodies. The mini-fridge and bar were stocked with the good stuff too. The poolside menu was very tasty, we had the fries, fritto misto, a burger and a cesar salad all delicious. Our server Roman was very friendly and attentive. We can’t wait until the Caletta and Bastia open up.||The pool is heated to the perfect temperature which made it super easy to slide right in. There are so many other spaces to discover as you meander around the property. There are places to sit and have a conversation, read a book, or just admire the interior design. We were constantly debating whether to stay an extra day... it was hard to leave this place.||That said, we are already planning to come back in the fall to see what that experience will be like... can't wait. We highly recommend that you give this place a try, you will not be disappointed.||Until the next time Anna and Bel!||Caio!

I don’t know if I’ll ever stay in another hotel in Philly area besides Anna & bel, absolutely phenomenal on all levels! Let’s start with the friendly staff, not only did we get a room upgrade due to availability of suites but the staff there was very accommodating with all aspects of concierge, suggestions, and greeting us personally upon every interaction. The room itself had a spectacular view of the pool, and the hotel is centrally located for walking around all Fishtown. The attention to detail was impressive, with thoughtful touches like a complimentary coffee and croissant on the morning and a personalized welcome note. The hotel's amenities were equally impressive, with a state-of-the-art fitness center, a bar by the pool serving craft cocktails, and a restaurant serving up creative and delicious food. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Philadelphia, look no further Absolutely a 5⭐️ experience that I would give 100 stars if possible.

Wow, this new boutique hotel has a Stylish understated sophistication, paying homage to the rich history of this building where it was once a womens asylum. Feminine albeit with rich moody colors. I’m in fishtown, but it feels like a real getaway (Pura Vida meets Istanbul?) Staff is fantastic.

Philly hotels have been hit or miss for me but this hotel is in a category of its own. Super comfortable stay with amazing food and ambience. Close to other great fishtown restaurants as well to mix it up.
