My son went in here to look around and he came running back out, stating that the whole place smells very strongly of reptile poop. I'm sure it's a good store, but that's his review.

Great Reptile shop. I drive from Gibsonton to go here weekly. The people who work there are super nice and helpful. I didn't know what I should have, when I was given a snake. They were more than willing to share knowledge and advice. I drive extra miles and pass big box pet stores to give them my business. That should speak to the great experience I've had there. I see many others feel the same way. There are always cars waiting when they open. They also seem to take great care of the pets available for sale. Totally recommend!

Very nice shop and great customer service. Staff knows what they are talking about and will help you understand the care needed for your pet.

My noodle baby Eden needed a mouse and I didn't really want to go all the way to PetSmart. I remembered this new reptile store opened in my town and it was an actual store that SPECIALIZES in reptiles!! How exciting! So my husband and I hurried over to seffner and we were both so glad we did! They had everything we needed...we ONLY went in for a mouse but we left with a new terrarium, bedding and a skull decoration after seeing the incredible prices and the warm and welcoming customer service. Forget PetSmart, respectfully, because don't get me wrong I love PetSmart too, especially for kitty stuff (we also have 3 cats) but there's nothing more amazing than going i to a store that actually specializes in your type of pet and can answer all your questions and even provide you with knowledge you didn't know you needed. The shop owner is also a professional breeder and so she is very knowledgeable...and so very nice. We'll def be getting all our snake needs from Animal vida/Animal Ventures

Fernando has been such a great help. Several weeks ago he took the time to teach us about bearded dragons with no sales preassure. We took the info back home to weigh our options again no pressure. We later came back and the babies were ready to come home with us so we made the move. The customer service after the sale has been over the top. We have come in after the purchase and with no pressure questions are answered and the information keeps flowing. This place cares period. If I succeed, they thrive, thats what it feels like. I am very happy to have chosen this store to by my pet and please to know that they are there for me when I need them.

The owner is really polite and knows reptiles. Good selection of scaley friends and feeders. Convenient location and great prices. Stop by and check this place out..

This appears to be a little family owned pet store but they do have a good amount of reptiles. I go here for feeder mice. They are usually always pretty stocked on feeder mice.
