They were so helpful! She has glaucoma, we went to the vet, vet referred us to them. Called them after seeing the vet and fit us right in! Of course with a $300 emergency charge. But It’s okay, it for the poor dog comfort. Walked in the same day, they checked her eye and it swelled up so bad! Kept us there to monitor if the eye drops were working. The doc was super sweet, she spoke politely and talked easily to understand medical terms. The nurse who taken care of if her, love her. You can tell she a dog person cause she will always come and pet. Eye treatments are better.

Dr. Warren and her entire team are AMAZING!! We can't say enough great things about the incredible care they all provided our Lucy. Dr. Warren saved Lucy's eye after 3 years of treatment. Dr. Warren is such a great doctor. I have taken all of my English bulldogs to her over the years. Her and the staff are very friendly & accommodating. You and any fur baby will be in great hands with her!

Dr. Warren and Dr. Ewald are both amazing! Dr. Warren treated my first dog that had a major eye issue but severe heart condition so anesthesia was dangerous. She managed to save his eye with medication and was very gracious considering my Maltese was always quite crotchety. I remember her offering to leave my dog there while I was at work so I wouldn’t have to pay for boarding and he could continue to receive his medications on the hour. That showed me how much she truly loves what she does. With my new dogs, I am now a patient of Dr. Ewald and she’s incredible too!! Super thorough and always takes the time to explain everything to me. I’m so happy she’s treating my fur babies. Highly recommend Dr. Warren and Dr. Ewald!

The staff at Dr. Warrens office do not listen and are very rude. They messed up our dogs appointment and did not contact the referring Dr. for our pets records so it was a waste of time and our money. I request Dr Warren call me and just like others have said they don't care about us or our pets just the money. For all those who see this now I'm sure they will remove it at soon as they read this review. They really don't even deserve a star. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY

My dog, TJ, has been going here for about 2 years now and Dr. Warren and her team are always so kind and thorough. The office is very clean and everyone that I've spoken to there has always been lovely.

ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. My dog Yukison was referred to see Dr Warren for a future eye procedure. I personally made the appointment and mentioned we were referred from Dr Segura who is amazing. I also mentioned me Chow was not feeling well due to his eye infection and that Dr Segura had to sedate him to work on him. No mention from Dr Warrens staff about us sedating him before we arrive so they can do a exam. So my son take time off of work and my dog is not feeling well so this was a waste of time and loss of money. I called and asked to talk to Dr Warren or the manager and a Kathy got on the phone and said she was the manager. I asked why did they let us know in advance our dog need this sedation and her answerer was they didn't know but I said I told the person who made the appointment for us and she said she would call Dr Segura at Kindness animal hospital. Kathy said they called twice but no response so I called Kindness animal hospital and the answered right away and said they have no calls from the. I said I wanted to have Dr Warren give me a call and she said let me give you the name of another eye doctor you can go to. So this is how they treat patients just push the off to another vet.

I was very impressed by how incredibly nice and caring Dr. Warren was. My pets are lucky to have her!
