We’ve gotten take out a few times and it’s been decent. We decided to dine in tonight since Deluca’s was closed. Our service was honestly not that good and the food was mid. Server came around once and forgot our refills and still charged for a second. Hate leaving poor reviews but it’s just frustrating when you look forward to going out to have a nice experience and it ends up being kind of bad. Not only that, the restaurant was not really even that busy, and they had plenty of servers working in each section.

Had my daughters bridal shower there this past weekend. The food was 💯 amazing! The service that we received was 💯 amazing! I do feel like their staff was understaffed and running their behinds off!

First timer at this establishment yesterday. We have been wanting to try their food for over a year and decided before our outing downtown to stop here and enjoy dinner...or so we thought. We got here at 5:30. Walked in and there is a sign stating to ring the bell for service. I rang the bell, made eye contact with multiple servers numerous times and no one acknowledged us. I work customer service and even though I may not be able to assist in the moment I still acknowledge the clients, no one did that for about 5 minutes. Then we had 3 people ask us if we have been helped within 15 seconds. Once seated we were able to place our appetizer order: fried mushrooms, calamari and ravioli. The fried ravioli was pretty good, calamari was decent and the mushrooms were extremely oily/watery. After experiencing subpar appetizers we decided to go light on the entrees and split an order of shrimp alfredo and the NY strip. I requested extra sauce in the Alfredo and the steak to be medium rare. Unsure if I actually received extra sauce and the steak was completely well done. The pasta and shrimp had ZERO flavor. The steak was extremely buttery. The French onion soup and green beans that came with the meals also were extremely flavorless. I doubt we will be returning.

This place used to be better. The ribs were okay at best, potato wasn't so great, bread basket kinda dry. My boyfriend had the combo with lasagna and it was different pasts covered in a mediocre sauce. Just okay, nothing special.

Food is great. The employees are friendly and helpful. They are extremely short staffed. Be prepared for overworked servers and bus boys. Took over 40 minutes to get my check after the table was cleared.

Hosted a bridal shower in the banquet room, and had a wonderful time, food was fabulous, the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

I wish I could give them a better rating. The Food was decent but was slow to arrive. Almost 2 hours door in to door out. The Wait staff is definitely lacking, I assume kitchen is the same since it was so long. Drinks also were slow. Monday Pasta special was a nice find. Both our meals(not pasta special) were tasty. The world we live in has damaged this restaurant.

I'm not sure what to think about this place. I was in town to meet a friend for lunch and we decided to give this a shot. It is an older place with friendly staff, and ok food. I had lasagna, it was not bad, but far from anything to write home about. In their defense, they still maybe one of the better choices around, as the pickings are slim.
