It's very clean and very quiet off the road something quick and simple if you need somewhere to stay this is a great place to start

Old school motel on US 27, just off the turnpike. The room looked to have been remodeled at some point. The non-smoking room was very clean, and the price for 1 night was very reasonable. I felt safe staying here, as the motel is kind of out in the country, away from any urban chaos. Maria checked me in. She is a nice lady. I'll most definitely stay here again when I'm in the area!

Very rude owner her name is Sonia. Rooms were dirty electric didn't work in most of the outlets in the rooms. The shower water barely runs. The plumbing always backed up and Sonia blamed us. Terrible place.

No-one in office when I arrived. When I called the number on the door, I was told that she'd be right out. When she appeared in front of another building, she began yelling questions and demands from 50 yards away. This interaction already had me feeling unwelcome. Throughout the night, sleep was difficult due to the fact that bugs were trying to steal the blankets. When I attempted to bring this information to the attention of the wonderful woman of the night before, she demanded that I show her bugs. Unfortunately, I failed to put them in a keepsake container and opted to flush any that I had terminated. Don't stay here. It's dirty, and unfriendly.

Usually booked up with only 1 to 2 vacant rooms. They don't fix problems brought to their attention or already known about. Still try to charge full price on rooms with plumbing or electrical problems. Sonja is quite rude and can be kind of pushy or even nosey. She's very strict about payments and rent with little to zero leniency. The camper lots are over priced and the bathrooms are quaint to say the least. Though they are inside a building it is a B.y.o. supplies for sure. It's in the middle of nowhere and expensive for the amenities. It's like a little Manson family ish or Bates motel vibe and not the most welcoming place. No pool, poor tv selection, closest store is a gas station in one direction 6 minutes away or a Publix and Winn Dixie with gas station - walgrwens- a couple banks- fast food choices within 10 minutes the opposite direction. Clermont 15 minutes South -- Leesburg 15 minutes north.

I went to look at a room. When I arrived there was no one in the office. A shirtless man with a water hose and two small children wave me over to him. You told me they were not here, to talk to him. I asked to see your room. "Well you can look at this one" , pointing to the door where he was standing. "Oh, is the door open? I asked. "you can look in the window", he replied.

I absolutely love it here I've been here one month it is so peaceful it's always quiet even when hurricane Irma hit the manager's brought us a generator to use I don't plan on leaving anytime soon

Good bang for your buck, but wish it had just a little more to offer
