When my computer started giving me problems and syncing errors the middle of my very busy workday, David Mays with AngelCom came to the rescue! It was extremely stressful having coworkers think that I was mistakenly deleting company documents. When David called to help me, he could tell that I was under a lot of pressure. He was very patient with me, continued to remind me that nothing would be permanently removed, and that he would help me by remotely logging into my computer. David was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and supportive while he was talking with me. Once he was able to log in remotely, he told me that he would need to have access to my files for a while, to take a break and he would call me when he was done. He kept me well informed during the process and was able to restore everything for me. We have been working with AngelCom for a few years and have always received excellent customer service, but I feel that David went above & beyond.
