Angel Inn the Sand - Hotel in New Smyrna Beach - 1100 E 3rd Ave, USA

Great property with amazing views…felt like we were on the beach even when we were inside. Condo is very spacious and well kept. Owner is extremely nice and helpful. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

We live near Orlando and needed a vacation close by - Angel Inn the Sand at New Smyrna Beach (NSB) was great! The owners (Teri and Frank) do a terrific job of preparing you for your stay with lots of local information and suggestions. ||||Upon arrival, the CRAB unit was very clean - it's on the top right of the 4 plex - 2 good size bedrooms, 2 bath, full kitchen and dining area. The living room has amazing beach views and is large enough for 6 ppl to sit comfortably on couches and big chairs. Free laundry in-house downstairs - that was great for beach towels. They also accept pets, so we had our 2 dogs with us - still plenty of room in the unit. The outside shared deck is a wrap around, so you can see up and down the beach - they were rebuilding the deck right after our departure, so that will be beautiful, as it should be completed next week. A rocket went off from Cape Canaveral (south of NSB) and we could see it from the deck - a nice unexpected perk!||||The unit is really set up well for visitors - it has everything from a toaster, to 2 coffee makers, to silverware/dishes/cups/pans, to shampoo items in the showers, etc. There is also a dishwasher, oven and microwave, for those wanting to cook. We were exhausted after all of our outdoor adventures and ate out mostly - we suggest the local restaurants Outriggers, The Garlic (fun!), Norwood's Treehouse, Third Wave (backyard area is lovely) and many more. This town has great eating places!||||Lastly - we kayaked a lot - dropped in at JB's Fish Camp - went up and down Calista Creek and Indian River North. South of there, you will see many other boat drops, if you need a place to park your trailer. Lots of places to boat and kayak all over NSB - plenty of places to rent from or take tours, if you want to enjoy the water and don't have a boat/kayak/paddleboard.||||It was a great week, we will go back again.

We just left our own private paradise. It was Heavenly. The views are spectacular and we could almost touch the sand. We had a girls night out weekend, and the condo was pure perfection! We are planning our next stay....LONGER!

We rented all 4 units for our 21 member family and dog, which included 6 family units. It provided a different experience than the large houses we have rented in the past. The family units could 'get away' from the crowd and have some privacy if they wanted to. Location was great. Beach was great. The units were large and the provisions were the best we have ever had at any rental. Dishes, pots and pans, Tupperware, towels, soap, shampoo, etc. etc. Teri (owner), was great to work with and responded quickly to any issues we had. We plan on going back next year!

We are staying here until tomorrow. Some friends and family came here with us for my wife’s birthday. We are definitely coming back. The rooms are nice and large with a full kitchen with dining room table. The place is very clean too. And it’s right on the ocean! The price is reasonable too. Especially for a 1250 sf 2 bed 2 bath “apartment.” Two thumbs up!

Owner operator was nothing short of excellent. Excellent location, very spacious and clean rooms, bed, bathrooms, and kitchen. Full size everything, couldn't have asked for more. Price was more that reasonable, and definitely coming back. I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm this case it is well deserved. Did I mention location? Lol. Perfect for a getaway with your special person, or the family with very large units. No need for a pool because the beach is literally a stones throw. It is totally worth every cent, and I'd much rather spend my money with a privet business. Where the owner takes great pride in giving us value, than a corporate business where the customer is just another number. We will definitely be coming back, and next time we'll stay longer.

This place is appropriately named because it is complete heaven. The apartments are gorgeous and come with everything you need, including a host that is one of the most accomodating and helpful hosts I have ever seen. My daughters wedding weekend here could not have been any better. The apartments are just beautiful and the memories made this weekend will bring smiles to our faces for years to come. Thank you so much Teri Corbett....you and your beach paradise are truly the best!

We really enjoyed our stay and Teri was a wonderful hostess! The unit is so cozy and comfortable and you can’t beat the oceanfront location. The unit has everything you need including cozy blankets so we could enjoy the Adirondacks on the veranda at sunset and sunrise. Bedrooms and living room are spacious and well-appointed The sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy the ocean view and sounds even when you are inside. Hope to come back in the near future for a longer stay!
