Flew in for a mini vacay with my daughter. Met up with one of my girlfriends for dinner. She selected this beautiful place. Our server Ryan was one of the best hands down. I have a rare allergy to any fruit with a pit or core and wanted to know if they were used in or near the adult beverage we were ordering. He went out of his way to check with the bartender and staff to make sure my drink would be safe to consume. We had Cosmopolitans. Amazing. His recommendations and attentive service, along with the best sense of humor, really made our dining service one to remember. The food was insane. I couldn't take a doggy bag because our flight was leaving early in the morning. Travel to Sherman Oaks and treat yourself to this! Sit outdoors, and when it got a bit too chilly, they lit the heaters with no problem. All the staff there were great.

I’ve been here about 5 times and never has it disappointed. All of my experiences have been pleasant here. Staff is super friendly and attentive. The drinks are on point, bartender knows what they are doing. Let’s not forget about the food, always has been on point. Great flavor, freshly made and I’ve personally enjoyed all the stuff I’ve tried. My favorite so far is the enchiladas verdes de queso. The sauce was so delicious and the enchilada had lots of melted cheese. My favorite! Definitely worth checking them out and great spot for large groups.

Came here with two friends. Seating was easy since we decided to dine outside by the fireplace. Service was not so easy. It appeared our waitress kept missing us when we would call her. Mind you this place was heavily staffed. We ended up asking other staff members for basic things like chips and water. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad with soup and it came with no chicken and no soup! It wasn't until we had to let the staff know. No apologies or sense of urgency was had. We even ordered two rounds of drinks and even dessert! Great food! Service not so much.

9/2/23: I have updated my review because the owner explained the situation. Thank you :) Google show they're open, we made reservations for 12 people, we even got a text confirmation, we show up and they are closed, this is so unprofessional.

My good friend and I did a double date with our wives here for Valentine Day. I called ahead and made reservations a month ahead to avoid all the slot being taken up. This place is in a decent size plaza so you can park there but the issue here is that there no access from the plaza to the restrauant unless you climb over a 2.5ft gate or brick wall. We arrived early but the host was still able to sit us down in the back corner. They had live entertainment for Valentine day playing Mexican music so that was nice. My wife and I started off with their bacon wrapped shrimp which was delicious, the flavor and size of the shrimp was great. For our entrée, my wife got the Alaskan Salmon and I went with their Chilean Sea Bass which I added double fries to. Both dishes were amazing but if I had to choose, I would say the Chilean Sea Bass is the winner. My friend got their Carne asada and his wife chose the shrimp & chicken fajitas. They also ordered a chicken embalada which when I added the sauce from the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, it give more flavor to it. We ended the night with their chocolate cover strawberry dessert which was very sweet and you get a decent size strawberry. The customer service we received here was almost great, our waiter was sometime no where to be found when we needed refills and wanted the plates to be taken away after finishing our food. But she was nice enough to separate the bill for us which she told us they don't normally do but she'll check with the manager. My score: Food: 5 star, the Chilean Sea Bass and Salmon dishes were amazing. My friend like his Carne asada and his wife enjoyed her Shrimp/Chicken fajitas. Atmosphere: 5 star, the place is nice inside and they had live music with a dance floor so you can never go wrong there. They also have a semi outdoor seating near a fire place if you want that. Customer Service: 4 star, our waitress was nice and accommodating to us but when we needed refills, she was nowhere to be found. I think she was the only waitress working that night so if that's was the case then I understand. Parking: 4 star, there alot of parking spots but the place where you park is not connected to the stairs to the restrauant so you'll have to jump over the gate/brick wall or walk around.

One of my favorite neighborhood spots!!! They've made the menu smaller which means faster food service but the staff/management was accommodating to my party of 5 that included a vegetarian, my first time there. Recently I've gone for brunch (bottomless mimosas are ACTUALLY that - she kept my glass FULL!) and Happy Hour with the same ki d of attentive service. Food is well-seasoned with generous portion sizes and the salsa, though mild, is pretty tasty. It's become one of my go-to outdoor spots for the ambiance alone.

Man, what a disappointment. My wife and I went with a friend and his girlfriend for his birthday. He was talking up this place all night because he had had such a good time the year before. Unfortunately, the server from his last visit had left, and the server we got was not great. She brought us drinks and took our order, then disappeared. We had to ask someone else where our food was half an hour later. When we got it, it was good, but had cooled off a bit. Our server reappeared after we had eaten (all our drinks being empty the whole time). This was over 40 minutes since she had last addressed our table. We told her we were disappointed, and she said the restaurant was short staffed. Other tables were being helped, so idk. Kind of put a damper on my friend’s birthday.

If you want to have a nice dinner this is the place, it’s really good and have a nice menu, I recommend the burrito, it was amazing, if you are really hungry, that’s the option for you. The sangria was really good and the flower gives it a nice touch of color. The people working there are so kind and helpful, I really enjoyed my dinner here
