I have been using Andreoli BPOS for almost 8 years, top notch people and product from start up to daily questions, very prompt and helpful in any matters. the tech people are very personable and very knowledgeable. Some of the techs have been there from week one for me.

Fort Washington Tire Pros have been using Andreoli & Associates since 2015 and think its absolutely great. The staff is awesome and quick to respond if we have any questions. The software works great for us as we do a ton of mechanical repair but still sell quite a few tires. Finding a system that was great for mechanical and tires was hard to find. This is it. I tried a new point-of-sale software even though my existing HITS Software worked great, I decided to give it a shot. But man, the month was rough. The new software was confusing and just didn't work like I needed it to. I went back to HITS Software and it was a relief. HITS is super easy to use and has everything I need to run my business smoothly. From quick quoting, to closing up the shop at the end of the day to tons of reports. HITS has it all. The software is dependable and the support staff is amazing.

We have been using Andreoli for over 6 years & their tech department is hands down is the best in the industry. Their customer service is amazing as well. When I call, they get right on the issue and are always so helpful and polite!

Hands down this company is on top of their game!!! We use their Point of Sale program with our company and it is a very user friendly program and the customer service and support is amazing. We just made a major change in our Point of Sale program by adding a second store. With any change their will be kinks and things not working the way they should. What made this transition so great was that their response time was amazing with every fix and correction that was made. I am not usually a fan of using email as a fast way to do business or fix problems that need to be addressed fast, but they asked us to email each issue and they got right on every issue fast. Each email was answered and the problem corrected in a crazy fast time. I am amazed that we made this transition yesterday Morning and 24 hrs later our system is working like a dream. This was probably the least painful major change we have ever done as a business. Andreoli & Associates ROCKS!!! I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a Software company that can help them run their business easier, You must try Andreoli. This Company is a 5 star company in my opinion.

By far, the most easy forward, simple to use POS system for our shop. As a Tire Pros dealer, and mechanical shop, they have made this POS system easy to use from myself as an owner, to my service advisors, to my techs. Tech support is always available, and always able to help. If they don't have an answer right away, they get back to you as soon as they can, and that is pretty much the same day. They listen to us as customers, and take suggestions to make changes to their system to help us navigate it with ease. After trying other systems, this is the way to go! Thank you Andreoli and your staff for everything you do!

We are a family business with three locations and have used Andreoli for 15 months now. We had RO Writer before which was very good for every area of business management but it did not support multiple locations. In our opinion HITS software is not as easy to use as what we had before. A few frustrations are shortage of space to write in labor descriptions, not a smooth flow building invoices using the keyboard (you have to use the mouse more than we would like), and reports are very basic. They are very willing to take your suggestions for improvement and have implemented several of them already. Just recently Mike Andreoli came to our location and worked with us for 4 hours. He now has a list of our pain points. This means a lot to us and tells you how dedicated they are to improve. I realize now how difficult it can be to write software and make changes to the existing platform. The support team has been very friendly and supportive while we were learning to use the software. I don't suppose there is a perfect software out there but the Andreoli team is working very hard and getting closer to it.

We have used HiTS for four months now and are very happy with this program. Our previous program did not support our business as it stated it could. We now are confident in the accounting and reports to give us a clear view into are inventory files pricing and financials. We used this company when we first started using computers in our business back in the eighties. Support team is most helpful and very pleasant and patient. I highly recommend checking them out for your next program
