Anderson Estate Apartments - Apartment building in Radcliff - 350 Snyder Wy, USA

Problem with bugs from new occupants in the apartment building, I never had problems prior to the new tenants. Laundry area not being cleaned and kept sanitary. Apartment managers not enforcing regulations and being firm with violators. Primary parking for residents being utilized by visitors and tenants with multiple vehicles using all the Primary parking spaces instead of using secondary spaces for multiple vehicles. Parking not assigned so late night residents coming home in the late, dark evening have to park further away from apartment complex they live in.

Melissa and the entire team is great at this location. This is my third MRD property I’ve lived at, and the employees here are the best. They are quick to deal with issues, and extremely friendly. The area is quiet for the most part… you get the normal noise from living in an apartment, and some noise from Fort Knox… but other than that, it’s great. Going on my third year here. Only thing I could see to make this location better, is recycling available on the property.

I've lived here for 3 months and I like it alot. It's quiet, and is surrounded by a lot of trees and wooded area. When you pull in the entrance you feel like you're entering your own isolated part of the world. The pool looks great and can't wait to be able to use it. The office is kind and considerate always, I've have no complaints. Love it!

Over priced. No improvements for the price increase from 2018. Was originally 750 a month for a year lease. Price now as of 2024 is 1000+. Washers and dryers have been down for several months. Noise complaints go unnoticed. Maintenance is lack luster. Water pressure is always messing up. Hot water most of the time only last 5 minutes or less. Was good in 2018 for the price. The place now is overpriced garbage.

Well, I just got most of my things moved in today, the rest tomorrow. So far everything is great, A bit early to have much of an opinion, but this I do know so far the apartment is clean, the carpet is clean , everything is good .It looks great inside it's a nice place I love the balcony the playground, and that they have a pool, the people in the office seem very kind and nice and I'm just busy trying to get things where I want them to be. So far I have not 1 complaint.Its still only my 1st day but I would recommend this apartment complex . Everything seems to be great. M. Williams

Good place is you’re on Knox and need to be close to base and don’t mind the area but overall for the price these apartments are overpriced for their quality, the washing machines are either filthy or always full. The management is decent but definitely try to milk you for your money when you leave.

My experience was great. Everything was made easy to do, and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. There was a slight bit of confusion on my end because this was my first time moving but, I was helped through it all quickly, and efficiently.

Been a great place to live this last year, no complaints! Definitely one of the nicer apartments around. I’d love to have renewed my lease but I’m moving back out of state for family.
