Andaz Maui At Wailea Resort - a Concept by Hyatt - Hotel in Wailea - 3550 Wailea Alanui Dr, USA

Our annual place since 2015, and it never disappoints. This resort has the best pools, views and beach access of any other resort in Wailea. Yes, you will pay a premium here, but it’s so worth it. It is also relatively new, compared to other rapidly aging and dated looking resorts along this strip. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they’ve recently refreshed all of the bathrooms in the main buildings - for a while we felt all of the love was going to their suites (which are fantastic, btw), but it’s nice to see a relatively new hotel still continue to refresh their main rooms. All of the staff, especially the beach crew, continue to be top notch. The only room for improvement after our most recent stay is a refresh of the property restaurants. The menus have stayed largely the same over the past 8 years! The breakfast buffet is the best in Wailea, but the value for the money isn’t there anymore (walk to the shops at Wailea for great breakfast options at a fraction of the cost…and much better matcha!) ||Overall, this place is among the best beach resorts in the world. Modern, luxurious feel without the stuffiness of other older Wailea resorts.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Being next to the ocean and smaller hotel was the draw. Many fun activities was a plus. We did the ukulele and coconut leaf weaving. Food was great! Did the coffee shop for take out breakfast because we didn’t want to spend that much for buffet. Location was great with the path along ocean. Whale watching from our room was a special gift! We may check out the villas next time!

Excellent hotel, upscale and location! With the best breakfast buffet and services. ||||My wife was so happy to have stayed there. Even with the rain. We enjoyed the hotel amenities and heated pools.||Will be recommending to friends and family. Only wished we could have stayed longer.||||Thank you Andaz!!😊

The room didn't come together. At 45.000pts/night it's a terrible value. The beds were uncomfortable; super soft and had a bump in the middle. No support. |Behind a fancy 10K cabinet there's a $50 Best Buy mini fridge that's noisy and didn't even have water in it. |The old handset phone is not only out of place with the decor but also didn't work. There was a sliding door that didn't fully block the bathroom? |Soundproofing is non-existent you could hear every single external noise. Maybe they should add sleep white noise machines to help block the noise. |Breakfast the next day had a waitlist and we couldn't order omelettes by ourselves but had to wait for the elusive server. There were no choice of yogurts, only plain and full fat ;-( |Overall disappointing for a Category 8 hotel

très bel hôtel sans être un palace mais au même prix que le mythique Eden Roc Cap d’Antibes sur la côte d’azur !!! vue sur mer imprenable, grande chambre spacieuse , service chambre une fois par jour … , plagistes dévoués , service restaurants et petits déjeuners parfait , mais pourquoi aucune viennoiserie ( croissants , brioches , pains au chocolat , pas d’œufs coques non plus mais bacon incroyablement crispy +++, cappuccino payant !!! , de même que le parking avec obligation du valet à chaque prise du vehicule ( prix par jour plus un tip à chaque fois ) .|seule déception la qualité du restaurant japonais Morimoto en baisse vertigineuse : sushi semblant sortir de la boîte plastique de Costco !!! aucun effort de présentation , de goût ou d’invention pour les nigiri .|service charmant mais chef sushi à revoir …

I've been there for dinner a few times. It's a nice place, friendly staff. I haven't seen the rooms, but have heard they're a little small, as it was converted from old condo units. Play at the beach, sleep in the room.

Rooms are very small, bathroom has many design flaws, only 1 sink and a small oval mirror. Full length mirror is behind heavy cumbersome toilet room door. Not replenishing bathroom supplies day before checkout is a real slam. No robes, no faceclothes. Guess you were glad we were leaving, saved you some laundry, lol. Wont be back.

Amazing stay at this beautiful property. The warm welcome (with refreshing lavender lemonade), the comfortable room in the Tranquility wing, and the amazing staff all combined for an incredible stay.
