We moved in towards the end of July all the way from Houston. Michelle helped us through the whole process. She was amazing. She explained everything and helped make the move so smooth and stress free. Not only did she meet all our needs, but even after moving in, any questions or concerns (which weren't many) we had were answered and handled immediately. I'd also like to say that the maintenance team is just as great. Every work order I've put in is handled the same day, if not, the next day. The apartments themselves are gorgeous. It's been so easy to call this place home and feel so welcomed.

We recently moved in and our experience has been great so far. We ran into an issue where we were supposed to move in on a certain date but due to an unforeseen issue with the apartment not ready the date was going to be delayed by a week, leaving us in a tight spot. After speaking to Gilbert, he went above and beyond and they were able to resolve the problem and expedite getting the apartment ready quickly and we were able to move into our apartment in time. He has been very helpful and attentive.

I am a current tenant. The apartments are clean. The one person I can for sure ask for help at the front office is Michelle she’s amazing. As for my rating being so low. The corridors in the apartments are always dirty, With leaves and spider webs. There is never parking for residents or visitors. So if you plan to have one other person come to visit this is not the place. Ive had to search for 40+ minutes for a parking and visitors have had to park at the stripes. I work 12 hour shifts and get home about 8pm which by this time im doomed on finding a parking. I do have my own car port which my mom uses as she helps me care for my child. They make it to where if you want to secure a parking you must pay for it. Not sure how each person is allowed 2 vehicles if theres not enough parking. I also complain about our trash cans being overfilled. It gives the community horrible appearance. I did extend my contract 2 more months (just for the soul purpose of not having to move again) and the girl that helped me (not Michelle bc i do adore her) i asked what would be more beneficial to me since i needed 2 more months she said “its up to you” instead of giving me options on saving money. I had to literally ask her well what is cheaper. Not to mention that they told me at the beginning that id get first month free rent (which i never did) i asked about it and the girl said it would be hard to figure that out and left it at that.

As a recent tenant here, I’ve gotta say the staff is amazing and is so involved with the all the tenants! The apartments are nice and clean and to top it off the courtesy officers are very courteous and helpful! Not to mention the property manager actually responds to emails! 5/5 recommend renting here!

I live in Andalucia. I will suggest you not to rent this apartment. The rent is too high compared to others. Your car will be towed if you don't put sticker on it and the fine is $314. So, you have to buy carport /parking for another $150 which is insane. That's not all. When you will leave you have to pay for cleaning, painting. For example you have to pay $60 for a single stain on the carpet. That's ridiculous. So, think before coming here.

Firstly I don’t live here anymore but I visited (tried visiting) a friend here last week and things seem to be the same. I’ll start by saying the apartments themselves are nice. What you SHOULD know and what staff deliberately avoids informing anyone in the application process is that there are no parking spaces, there’s at most 1/3 of the spaces needed to accommodate residents, unless you want to pay $100 a month on top of the already high rent, your car is 100% getting towed (even if you’re a resident, even if you have a parking pass) and it’s $300, which of course they don’t tell you about either. it’s a hidden cost no one bothers to mention and it’s honestly a sly business tactic to rely on your resident’s misfortune to pocket more money monthly. Forget about having guests over for the next 13 months because it’s virtually impossible. You’re also getting policed by staff 24/7, as if they’re doing you a favor for letting you pay them 1700 bucks a month for 2 rooms, they take advantage of their own residents in many ways but parking is what you should really consider before moving in. And don’t even bother mentioning the issue to the front office because you will get either scolded, or the same “we strive our best to provide our residents with…” message, just empty words really.

Ms. Michelle Nunez is really accommodating to the point that whatever we ask and need, or queries regarding our apartment, she make sure we can get an answer and she always do this with a smile. You won’t hesitate to ask from her since she’s really amazing! 😊
