Love the location with the view of the harbor entrance and highway 1 bridge crossing. Room was clean but had no aircon. Wasn't needed as the breeze was very cool but when we first got in the room was very hot inside. While out for the daytime we put window locks on so it would stay cool but secure. Not a deal breaker in any event, We'd stay again.
We had a harbor front room, which was great. We really enjoyed seeing the boats go by and watching the harbor seals. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, but, we'd never stay there again. The plumbing needs a complete overhaul. You turn on the cold water in the sink and it's cold to begin with and then without warning turns scalding. Adjusting the shower to keep from freezing or boiling was nearly impossible. Something is fundamentally wrong with the whole system.
Very small and older room. Shower was almost like the joke about needing to get out to turn around. Television was quite small and the WiFi reception was sketchy because of the location on the water.|Price was reasonable for the location and condition of the room.
Staff cleans the rooms well but the carpets are filthy and stink too bad to get the smell out. Other than that, the place is pretty good. They need to get rid of those carpets!!
Penthouse was perfect for my family. It is right above The Wharf restaurant. It has a private entry to the penthouse because there is no other room on this floor. It had two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a living room. One bedroom has a queen bed. Other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a spare twin bed that can be set up either in master bedroom or living room. One person can sleep on sofa. Both the bedrooms and a bathroom had separate heaters attached to the wall. Living room had a heater but it didn’t work. There is no A/C but they had 3 tower fans and living room had a ceiling fan which worked for us in May. Living room has two large glass windows overlooking Noyo river and Noyo bay. The view is beautiful and you can watch the sunset sitting on the sofa. The bedrooms and bathroom and kitchen and living room were super clean. It is old structure so some things will seem old but it was clean. There is no elevator so you have to climb two flights of stairs to the third floor. There is ample of free parking space in the premises.
I love coming here though it is not 5 star quality hotel, it's right on the water, and safe, and beyond cute penthouse suite. I always come here just simply a family tradition, places like these keep Fort Bragg alive.
Clean and simple room. Loved the bed it was more comfortable than the one I have at home I hated to leave. The staff is very nice and friendly. We checked in at the restaurant where we eat dinner. And the staff at Silver's is very amazing and kind. And they go beyond to make you happy. Did I forget to say that they have a dog menu and they are dog friendly. If you bring you're pup you get to set out side and enjoy the beautiful view with you're fur baby I really wish I could had stayed longer.
Affordable clean rooms close to the bay! No gimmicks. Bed was a bit lumpy hence 4 stars.
Beautiful relaxing little cove. Nice walk on a marked trail and down a small set of stairs. Please be respectful of the beauty and the neighbors stay on the marked area.
Definitely one of my favorite locations on Mother Earth. Beautiful views, loved our campsite (we've stayed twice in the same spot), the trails are excellent, and the beach is awesome. Gorgeous flora, fauna, and fungi.
Such an amazingly beautiful place. I've been during the summer and the winter and I can only say that each time I am left stunned. The staff's dedication and love for nature is found throughout the gardens. If you're looking for a great way to spend
My husband and I visit Fort Bragg a couple of times per year and this time we came across this wonderful establishment. We got there just in time for the grill to be fired up and we had the most incredible oysters for breakfast perfectly cooked and s
We only took the short trail to the beach, but it was a very nice little beach. It's protected a bit by bluffs on each side and lots of sand to run and play on, as well as the creek coming down to the ocean. Pretty views of the bridge. I'm excited t
Just amazing & beautiful here. Walking distance from our hotel but drove over for an evening sunset. Not crowded so it felt like we had it all to ourselves. Soft sand, sea caves, beautiful rainbow above the bridge, played in the waves, & watched a go
It is an excellent place to eat outside at the harbor. The fish is fresh and tastes great, in my opinion. I ordered the fish tacos. If you try the fried wontons, get the large order. There is also a great selection of beer and wine. It is kind of fa
Excellent service! This is hands down the best fish and chips I have ever had! The fish was fresh, crisp and delicious. I tried the fried cheesecake and it was top notch. Will definitely be back. There is ample seating outside to enjoy the food with
Hubby and I did this for our anniversary. It was a great experience and I recommend trying it out at least once. Thereâs a nice picnic spot where you got off at, do a short hike, have your snack/lunch at the tables (they allow you to bring your ow
