Just got back from a weekend getaway here with hubby. We had an amazing stay. The property is beautiful and immaculate. Beautiful landscaping and the rooms are very clean. The owners are very kind and accommodating and really love what they do. The breakfast was outstanding both mornings. Perfect location as well. Walking distance to several good restaurants and shops and in a safe location. We will definitely be back!
We booked this bed and breakfast to meet up with long time friends and family for the weekend. We originally choose this as a central location as we all came from different locations in the state. We had 4 out of the six rooms booked for our group. The other two rooms were also booked by other couples so the inn was at full capacity. There was plenty of options inside and outside for everyone to relax, catch up and hang out together. We even made new friends with the other guest staying at the Inn. Even with the inn completely full it never felt crowded so don't let the busy season worry you. The Inn-keeps are friendly, detail oriented and a pleasure to meet. The food was not only delicious but abundant so there was no one left hungry at breakfast plus they had available snacks in the dining area. Our stay was absolutely everything we needed, wanted and far exceeded our expectations. The inn is very well kept, clean and have very comfortable beds and whoolpool tubs for that extra touch of relaxation. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone staying or passing through the New Smyrna Beach area.
I stayed here on May 18, 2024 and had a wonderful time. The hosts were incredibly gracious and accommodating, making me feel like we'd known one another for decades. The room was charmingly appointed and I marveled that there were so many things throughout the Inn to look upon. Artwork abounds everywhere you look. The bed was super comfortable and I had the best, most restorative sleep I had in weeks. I look forward to returning to the area to enjoying another stay. Well done, Anchor Inn!
The room was cozy, charming and comfortable. The parking was very convenient. The breakfast was amazing and the hosts were very friendly and kind. This was very close to where we were visiting. The local area has a lot to offer within walking distance. The month of March when we stayed had very nice weather.
My boyfriend and I stayed a couple nights during Rockville. We’re so happy we did! Our room was comfortable and the owners are very accommodating. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. The food was excellent! Probably some of the best breakfast I’ve had. We’d love to come back again just to relax and enjoy the peace! Thank you for being such great hosts.
We only needed one night. It was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. The host was great and breakfast was really nice. We had water and pops in the room. The location was nice as we didn’t want to be around the kids/beach etc. We walked to a nice restaurant around the corner. We will be back. It’s really cute and friendly.
The inn was a great place. Close to shops and restaurants. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back again. Tommy could not have been any more helpful. The place was very clean and had great charm and character. Breakfast both morning were delicious.
We have been returning customers for a few years. We absolutely love the place and everything the owners do for their guests. Tommy and Liz are so nice, down to earth and personable. I HIGHLY recommend the Anchor Inn

Keith was a phenomenal instructor. Had awesome communication throughout and was super accommodating with my schedule. I had a trip coming up that I wanted to go diving on and he helped me get certified in time for it. His teaching was very thorough.
So delicious! The beignets were pillowy pockets, hot, fresh and covered in powdered sugar. The waffles were fluffy and great flavor. Everyone enjoyed their meal and itâs a great local atmosphere!
Great food and atmosphere! Our server, Candace, was super friendly and attentive! The Mexican street corn and the chimichurri shrimp rice bowl was delicious! We had a friendly visit from one of the Flagler roosters as well!

Wow this beach was really nice. Accessible from downtown Orlando. Visitors can park their car on the sand. Water was extremely pure. Seawaves are enough for surfing.
