They have remodeled the room we stayed in. It looks like the photos. The new carpet was installed over a very creeky floor. The new plumbing has not been tightened to the sink or shower, so it all turns with the handles. The new shower wall is taped to the wall. No electrical plugs in bathroom; No ice machine. The interior room was clean with refrig and microwave.

We got a great room. Seems they had it remodeled but whoever they hired had no clue what they were doing (my husband is a GC). Biggest complaint was the TVs didn't work & we had 2 kids with nothing to do. Nowhere outside to play either (off 101). Also, since it is off the 101, it was very loud in the room. We met some great people though. Would stay again as long as they fix the TV issue. Also, pool looks like it hasn't been working in a long time (don't think it will be anytime soon)

Family stayed here over the 4th of July. The stove was in the middle of the room and they couldn’t even access the sink. The rooms were hot and stuffy, and there was no air. The windows didn’t have screens and they were on the first floor and couldn’t open the windows. Was told we would get a call back and have not after multiple attempts. Building itself was not up to code and had some pretty obvious safety hazards.

So we arrived an 1 hr early, dog got sick on wife. We stopped in to see if room was ready n check in.... hose wife off. After 30 min of Informing the manager we just wanted to check in not cancel our room.I paid using my bank card online, this was issue one.i was informed about a virtual credit card, and I owed 2 dollars. I said fine at this point I just wanted a clean room. He sets us up in room 138. We go there and the place is trashed, clearly not touched after last rental. We see a man running around like a long tailed cat in a rocking chair contest and explain the issue. He immediately springs to action going to older guy in charge to work something out. We opt to hose her leg off in open room, come back after visiting area. 2hrs later, the old guy has forgotten about us entirely, the younger guy had cleaned up a bottom room. I can't do stairs, army and multiple failed fusions. I explained to "manager" before we left. If at all possible to do a bottom unit. He tried sticking us back in 138, it was still dirty, untouch from pervious renters. Except now he tried billing us again for same room. The place would received 2 stars, we had an updated room. But really a 32 in tv, and it's hung badly, buy some tv mounts that allow for full movement of tv. Then jb weird inplace with it sign 300 if broken. The manager needs replaced. Ihate to say it but it shouldn't be carried on one nice man's back

The bathroom floor was not cleaned as there is sheetrock dust on the floor. The new bathroom sink drawers was nasty dirty. The bath towels! Oh Lord thank God we did bring our own towels. Then the holes in the bedding. I was disappointed with our stay. Druggist live on bottom floor. Which caused alot of traffic and noise threw out the night.

Very poor communication from staff that also seems confused when asked about basic questions regarding concerns in rooms and around property. The supervising staff hides behind lazy and incompetent onsite staff. Multiple building code violations. These will be reported to the better business bureau, OSHA and local authorities. This business will definitely not stay in business long with the incompetent staff that is employed there currently.

Nice checkin with staff, but the heater in room 123 was difficult to control so the temp when I got in was about 85 F. Even after trying to adjust and opening a window with a fan on, I woke up sweating in the middle of the night. TV remote only could change volume, nothing else. Sheets had not been washed recently evident by lots of hair, lint, and dust at the head of the bed. Bathroom remodel looks nice, but shower diverter sprays half the water out the back instead of through shower head. Also sink overflows when turned on high flow. Body wash was empty in shower. Otherwise a great night!

Terrible staff, can't answer a simple question, confused on where they are, the rooms smell like weed and smoke, they will not give you a receipt cause "legally they dont have too" and will over charge you for a room. Do not recommend ever staying here.
